Juggle load

Rules Questions

can I get the exact wording for this feat from anyone? the site I usually use is referring me straight over to google (d20pfsrd.com) and looking on actual google is giving me just about nothing. the full wording of this feat would really be nice because I want to run a halfling sling fighter with a double sling, ammodrop, two weapon fighting, juggle load, rapid shot, improved and greater two weapon fighting and a speed weapon. I'm hoping that it gives me a total of 8 attacks.

2nd since usually for all intents and purposes different heads of double weapons are treated as different weapons can i give them both speed?

What book is that from? I checked the same web site as you, and their complete list of all feats doesn't have that one. Is this one of those 3.5 things that might not exist in Pathfinder?

Juggle Load is a sling-related feat from Halflings of Golarion. -- It's basically Rapid Reload for a sling.

The halfling alternate racial trait Warslinger grants the ability at the expense of Sure-Footed.

except from what i understand warslinger is 2 handed while juggle load is not as well as juggle load does not provoke aoo which i like. I just need to get a look at the full wording to make sure it works just as well while I'm using the double sling (since double sling is a double weapon aka two handed I'm not sure if this presents a problem with reloading)

Not to derail the thread, but does it strike anyone else as odd that the "iconic" weapon for a race with a strength penalty is a sling, which gets a damage penalty if your strength is too low?

If I'm going to play a halfling, I'm probably going to go with a build that doesn't really need strength for anything, so I can dump it and not worry about it. Thus, a sling would suck for such a character.

Yeah halflings are better rogues, much better snipers than any other race, (although ranged rogues still aren't nearly as good as a two weapon fighting rogue without a reliable form of improved invisibility) but honestly everyone needs some form of range and if they're that good at reloading them (warslinger) then they far surpass everyone else in terms of speed of reloading.

I just like the build because if i can get speed on both heads as a fighter I'm going to be looking at +2 (greater weapon focus) +7 (dex will be lower cause I have to put some into strength) +3 (weapon master fighter) + 12 BAB + 2 (enhancement bonus) + 1 (halfling slinger) +1 (size bonus) - 2 (twf) - 2 (rapid fire) for a total of +24/24/24/24/24/19/19/14/14 all at level 12 (I think speed can apply two times because they are applied to different heads of the weapon which are enchanted separately). He'll look like a machine gun :P

You can put Speed on both ends, but you can only benefit from it once. It actually makes it clear in the description.

KK thanks for that one I'll put the 3 points in the offhand attack to better bonuses instead :D

Yeah, I'm seriously bummed that a weapon I really like is pretty much entirely the purview of a race I absolutely despise.

No, goblins are freaking awesome rogues. 30ft speed, total +8 to stealth, +4 dex and darkvision.

yes but halflings are better snipers because they have a racial trait that halves negatives to stealth for attacking and moving

Grand Lodge

The difference is is but a -1, and the dex boost covers that.

blackbloodtroll wrote:

+4 for being small and -20 goes to -10. and a +2 dex is a +1 more. so 15 total bonus from level 1. Or in other words when they use stealth this way they take a -5

goblin: full -20 total +8 for stealth +4 for dex is +2 giving them a -10. even if you didnt factor size into the initial total you're looking at -6 vs -5 for the halfling with your dex totaled in

Grand Lodge

Still, better ranged attacks, better speed, and darkvision. If you want more stealth, there are traits. I always hated being the slow character, so this really works for me. YMMV.

I have no disagreements. goblins are the best rogues in the game as it is. Mostly because if you go rogue you dont snipe. you go two weapon fighting because flanking with acrobatics is much easier than denying them their dex bonus continuously. halflings are just better snipers because they get a racial trait that automatically give them a +10 stealth in relation to it.

does this mean no one can answer my original question?

It was already answered. Just scroll through the combat feats to the "j" section. It's there on the site you use.

No its not, at least not in full wording and at the moment.

Halflings of Golarions:

Juggle Load (Combat)
Your fingers are so nimble that reloading your sling is
almost effortless for you.
Prerequisites: Ammo Drop, Sleight of Hand 1 rank,
proficient with sling.
Benefit: You can load a sling or double sling as a free
action. This does not provoke attacks of opportunity. This
feat allows you to fire your sling as many times in a fullattack
action as you could attack if you were using a bow.

thank you that was perfect just what I needed :). Machine gun halfling here I come :P
