So Here are some of the encounters I plan to use, its themed around drow and their servants. I plan to use a Drow noble for the dungeon boss along with maybe a Drow alchemist with oozes as a sub-boss, maybe equip her with a wand or other little magic item. Any advice on loot or suggestions to encounters?
4 Scarlet spiders
2 Drow
1 Sanguine Alchemical ooze swarm
3 Goblins
3 Orcs
1 Drow
2 Stirges
3 Drow
1 Phlegmatic Alchemical ooze swarm
3 Drow
1 Small earth elemental
1 Giant spider
3 Drow
2 Homunculi
3 Drow
2 Svirfneblin
1 Spider Swarm
4 Amoeba swarms
Drow Alchemist
Slime Mold
2 Dretches
3 Drow
1 Quasit
3 Morlocks
6 Drow
2 Iron cobras
4 Drow
6 Orcs
2 Bugbears
3 Drow
1 Cythnigot
3 Drow
1 Choleric alchemical ooze swarm
3 Morlocks
2 Small earth elementals
3 Drow
2 Draugr
2 Morlocks

So what should I hand out for treasure along with the loot they can get from the bodies?

I still need treasure and such though.
Ah, but perhaps if they fail the save they could be captured instead by the alchemist who perhaps plans to use them to test his latest diabolical concoctions, but then they find a way to escape thus bypassing some fights.
Or I could just lower the DC of the save a little.

I'm sure it's possible for a 1st level party, but I'm guessing the party will have to be about 50 strong :)
Haha yeah this one. I'd just have to say remember that at 1st level one good round by the enemy or a bad round by the PCs could end with a dead player and there are no revives around for level 1 adventurers.

...They should be well on their way to 3rd level after this.
What's the party make up?
I'm expecting;
A Barbarian or Sword'n'board fighterA Rogue/Ninja or Wizard
A Paladin
A Broodmaster or Synthesist Summoner
A Magus
A Gunslinger or Cavalier
A Ranger or Druid
Another Wizard or a Cleric
And an Alchemist
so 9 players, 5 of which are quite well experienced.

Add more spiders if possible, maybe a swarm or 2....also remember spiders have various types, web casting, jumping, trapdoor, etc, use the Bestiary and slightly alter them to be what you wish to accomplish. Slightly changing an existing creature is usually a great way to accomplish diversity without having too many extraneous creature-types for a thematic dungeon.

It should be remembered that this dungeon is still in its infant idea stage and is not yet fully fleshed out and designed.

I suppose that if the enemy got a couple crits or something really lucky like that I could just fudge some rolls if its almost definitely going to kill someone too easily.
Thank goodness for gm rolling screens

4 swarms in 1 encounter could be pretty ugly if it comes after many other encounters on the same day and the casters don't have enough aoe spells left. Being immune to weapon damage is a pretty big reduction in the damage options for a low level party.
Actually I think I'd swap out amoeba swarms for giant amoebas instead.
Just so the party isn't too strained.

This seems like a great dungeon, I like the idea of the increasing amount of Drow. What does the map look like? Your genius is remarkable, to say the least. For treasure, how about a fancy sword, like a +1 Elvenblade and say its as black as the drow's skin. You could say that Elvenchain as previously mentioned would also be pretty cool, but over powered. I must say BE CAUTIOUS! I played with around that many and the battles took forever to play through.

The map of the dungeon is a fairly large slightly sprawling one as the drow have been using slaves to mine for something (hint a special ore)
The main fights will be in interconnected tunnels along with some near an underground river. The early parts of the dungeon open up from slightly cramped tunnels into a small drow enclave complete with a laboratory for their mad scientist and a sort of demonic church for their evil clergy. The alchemist's lab is near the river so the ooze runoff can pollute the water which supplies a human settlement nearby. The drow have been capturing a number of other monsters to stage an attack on the village that will distact the guard from their own nefarious deeds. A number of captives from the village are kept withing the laboratory to be used as test subjects and could most certainly be freed and sent to the guard to inform them of the drow thus creating an extra little mission for the party to accomplish. The drow are trying to keep the humans preoccupied so they may bring forth vile creatures from the abyss to wreak havoc upon the surface and to obtain more power amongst the other houses.
For treasure I'll probably hand out that +1 Elven blade that perhaps an elf would want to cleanse it of the drow tainting its once perfect form.
In addition a wand of CLW a couple minor potions, a suit of stolen armor of dwarven make and perhaps elvenchain if I feel really generous.
