Iron Fists gives your Fist unarmed attack the shove trait.
Pre-errata 2 i had assumed that shoving and tripping using a finesse shove or trip weapon would allow you to shove or trip using Dex.
Now we know it doesn't.
So what benefit does having Shove on my fists give me? Is it only that i can add +to hit runes from hand wraps to my shoves?
Can i "drop" my hands on a critical fail like i could with an actual weapon with the shove trait to avoid falling prone? (I doubt it but who knows)

There is a Stickied post at the top of the Society Forum that answers this:
If a feat changes or is removed from the Additional Resources list:
You have two options. You may either switch the old feat for an updated feat of the same name in another legal source (if available), ignoring any prerequisites of the new feat you do not meet. Alternatively, you may replace the feat entirely with another feat that has no prerequisites.
The disclaimer being that was posted before PF2 was a thing, but presumably it still applies, since the current PFS2 Guide is silent on the matter.
I even asked if this specific post was no longer needed and I never received an answer.

I have not seen any information regarding rebuilds since the errata dropped, so AFAIK currently there are no rebuilds outside of the two available through spending AcP
It's still a first level character.
EDIT: Also, I'm assuming the wording of Iron Fist "Your fist
unarmed attacks..." is deliberate and specific to prevent interactions with Monk Stance unarmed strikes I.E. you don't get shove on Tiger Claw or Wolf Jaw attacks.

The Organized Play people have said they are not bound the decisions of previous Organized Play Teams from the 1E era. The Mark Moreland quote doesn't apply. You'll have to spend Downtime to retrain.
PFS 2E has no Additional Resources list anyway.

Just dropping this here since you've all aparently missed the "Character is only first level" statement.
Rebuilding Your Character
After playing a new character, you might find aspects of your character you would like to change. Don’t worry! Until you play a game in which your character starts with 12 or more XP, you can freely rebuild your character completely. The character retains their Reputation earned and character number. Once you begin a session as a second level character, you still have options for changing your character’s choices through Achievement Point purchases or retraining.
You cannot use Rebuilding or Retraining to build a character that could not be built without using either of those two tools.
