Unfortunately, the info on Numeria is sparse. Pretty much everything written on that page, but with some minor bits in other products.

"Dungeons of Golarion" has info on a megadungeon created by someone who raided the Silver Mountain. It has a Robot subtype in there, with some example creatures.
