This is touched upon in the Inner Sea World Guide but I thought I'd ask anyway: Have any of the Inner Sea NPCs been statted out?
I was just curious what some of you thought they should be, Level/Class wise. Here's a few that I thought of...
Lord Gyr - Aristocrat 8
Grask Uldeth - Figher 7/Barbarian 8
King Regent Noleski Surtova - Aristocrat 6
Queen Abrogail II - Aristocrat 3/Cleric 8
High King Borogrim the Hale - Fighter 7/ Stalwart Defender 8
Geb - Wizard 19
Arazani - Aristocrat 11
Queen Elvanna - Sorceress 17
Baba Yaga - No idea.
Lady Kaltessa Iyis, The Widow Queen - Cleric (Mammon) 18
Maurya-Rahm - ??
Nefeshti - ??
Queen Telandia Edasseril - Druid 11
White Estrid - Fighter 11
Imperial Governor Markwin Teldas - Warrior 4/Aristocrat 7
Ruthazek - No idea.
Forest Marshal Weslen Gavirk - Ranger 9
Ruby Prince Khemet III - Aristocrat 4
Karsakim, Sword of Man - Fighter 7/Dervish 7
King Irovetti of Pitax Aristocrat 4/Fighter 6

a few of casters classes were stated in the magic of the inner sea.
Actually, no. Inner Sea Magic lists levels of many NPCs, but doesn't give stats.
Of those listed:
King Irovetti of Pitax - Kingmaker #5
Ruby Price Khemet III - Osirion Companion.
Ruthazek - Serpent's Skull #4
Queen Telandia Edasseril - Elves of Golarion

Several more of the more famous bigwigs listed in Inner Seas guide to magic and corresponding statblocks elsewhere:
Lady Kaltessa Iysis has a statblock in the Council of Thieves: the Twice Damned Prince (cleric 10/diabolist 10)
Eando Kline has a statblock in Serpent's Skull- Thousand Fangs Below.
The Mother of Flies has a statblock in the Council of Thieves: Mother of Flies.

So, you might need to buy a ****load of stuff you don't(/might not) want (otherwise) just for their stats?

Yup!
Of course, if we do our job right, all that extra stuff we tricked you into buying is SO COOL that you appreciate that stuff and end up buying even more stuff from us!

As Joana said... that's the point where you go in and make up your own stats for the characters.
A stat block for an NPC takes up, on average, half a page. We simply didn't have any room to support NPCs with full stat blocks in the Inner Sea World Guide... but as the need to stat them up as part of a book or adventure comes up... we do just that. To support the needs of that book or adventure, not as a sneaky way to spread out content and trick people into spending money.

It's true that they've released official class levels for a number of notable NPCs, but I tend to use them as suggestions anywyas (I usually roughly stick to the given levels, but often make minor, or sometimes drastic, changes to the class). I'm more curious as to what stats/classes/levels people have come up with on their own, even after official statements from Paizo.
In my own campaigns, for example...
Khemet III is a 16th level Oracle with the Heavens mystery and Tongues curse, serving as a conduit for the gods of Osirion.
Ruthazek is a fiendish girallon with several levels of barbarian.
Razmir is a 19th level Sorcerer with the Celestial bloodline (makes him look holier).
Baba Yaga is an epic level green hag witch who's had the cold and extraplanar subtypes tacked on.
Abrogail Thrune II is a 6th level sorcerer (I usually only like one powerful child-ruler in my games, and that honor goes to the freaky mummy prince in the Mwangi expanse, who is a 15th level Necromancer that also has access to most druid spells).

And here's where I point out that reports of Abrogail being a "child ruler" was nothing more than Andoren propaganda! She's actually in her 20s. Still pretty young to be ruling one of the largest nations in the Inner Sea Region (which is why some of her detractors may at times have called her a "child") but she's not actually a kid.

I got some Cheliax propaganda for you.
Abrogail II is better looking that that fool leading TAldor who looks like he's half mad all the time.she's also better looking that the widow queen.. of some servitor state... or something.
hahahaha seriously she's better drawn than the fruitcake in Taldor
That's not Cheliax propaganda. It's just plain old truthtelling.
Taldor is just not as cool as Cheliax, even IF the government of Cheliax needs a good strong revolution to fix the broken and bad parts.

Well that explains it. Well played sir...that explains why I've even purchased the pdf's when I have the books. Since its easier, and not to mention lighter, to carry my Xoom around.

thats not what they said in TAldor...
hahahahahahahaha
in fact they wanted to hang me for saying it there and blowing my nose at the princess's coach
speaking of the Taldan princess what does she look like?? and class level and stats??
do they exist somewhere
I have it on good authority that the Taldan princess is a donkey with a pointy tasseled hat and lipstick on its donkylips.

I definitely would love to see a compilation of the stats for the iconic NPCs in Golarion in one place. As Golarion gets more fleshed out, I think this would be awesome to have. But I think you'd have to have rules for "mythic" characters like Tar-Baphon, Baba Yaga, etc. before you could ever begin to make this book. But it would be great to see and is something I'd definitely pay for.
