I like to do Halloween one-shots. Something where there is a good chance of PC death and tensions are high. Which is one reason I was pleased when Michael Tumey suggested releasing Frozen Wind as a halloween promo.
But I've already run my family through Frozen Wind and I am looking for something else I can run. So, any of you 3pp have a good adventure for use on Halloween you want to sell me on?

How many sessions are allowed?

Does it have to be a module?
Why not just do a zombie movie?
Plot:
Dead begin rising from the grave outside the town your one-shot PCs are traveling through.
PC's must defend themselves from undead, but zombie-ism is contagious (Fort or convert from any bite or claw).
Give a random amount of time until conversion.
Set up a simple mechanic to one-shot kill zombies(example: use the area hits from UC or give a -4 to headshot).
Send waves of zombies while the PCs try to find out the cause (necromancer? curse?).
Have pre-gen replacement characters or let 'em play zombies.
Repeat until only one PC stands at dawn.

I can't think of any downloadable 3rd Party that is very Halloweeny, but the 3.5 Tomb of Horrors is still up for download.
I always found ToH to be pretty spooky. Definitely a PC killer.

The haunted mansion in Rise of the Runelords would be a great one to run for Halloween....and the scarecrows in the fields from just before that would be a nice lead-in to get there. Just take it out of the adventure path and make a reason for the PCs to be going there. My PCs really liked it and still talk about it.

I started revising that for 3.5e once with plans to run as a 3.5e Masque of the Red Death adventure. I should probably switch it over to Pathfinder at some point. Should be pretty simple conversion since most monsters are standard beasties in Pathfinder. Never played it, but I really like it.
I'd also recommend Hangman's Noose, though it's for 3.5e.

Tricky Owlbear is releasing Sin of the Fathers this weekend (should be available here at Paizo sometime Monday). Just posted info about it the other day.

I'll be looking for that one too.

If you're rather shooting for "psychological creepy", consider Raging Swan's Retribution adventure. I amped up the creepiness in my home-game and it still is considered one of the most atmospheric adventures by my players.
Trail of Cthulhu is an alternate Ruleset by Pelgrane Press based on GUMSHOE. If you haven't checked it out, I can heartily recommend the system.
Cheers!
P.S.: I'm looking forward to "Sins of the Father"! :)

While not a module per se, why don't you run #30 Haunts for Ships and Shore, combined with #30 Haunts for Objects as a linked series of haunts as if it were a module. Include a custom ghost, a haunted house, perhaps a few non-ghosties, like goblins, low end undead, fey beings or something similar and run it together as a one-shot?
If another 3pp has an already published Halloween one-shot, go for that, otherwise - playtesting #30 Haunts might make a nice one-shot effect.

It'd be some work, but you could update an old Ravenloft mod to Pathfinder?
YOUR HOLINESS!!! *Deep bow*
On topic:
My Dm usually uses a movie as inspiration and see's how long it takes us to guess which movie it's based off of.
One of the best was when he used Goonies as inspiration.

Argh. The CoC books are packed up too or I could just use that system. I'll look into it and be looking for the Good Little Children adventure.
More?
I'd have mentioned this earlier, but you said your CoC books were put away. But my one-shot Halloween/Mythos adventure, Midnight Harvest, is as of now available for Savage Worlds.
