Do they work together? Haste gives you an additional attack on a full attack action. Flurry of blows says it is used as a full attack action so they should work together, but my friend (who is often our dm) says that a flurry of blows is not a full attack. Also, does the additional attack from the use of a ki point stack with haste as well?
I realize this question has been asked before, but I couldn't get to it through the archives. After a bit of frustration, I decided to just ask again.

Ki and Haste: yes

As Mike noted, flurry is unequivocally a full-attack action for all purposes other than those expressly noted in the ability's description (for example, always using 1x strength bonus regardless of handedness).
If they did not intend this, they would have said "full-round action" rather than "full-attack action". The former would prevent abilities like haste from helping you. The latter does not.
An example where they did change the wording would be Cleave, which says "a standard action" rather than "an attack action." This is in contrast to some abilities like the Two-Handed Fighter archetype's Overhand Chop, which says it only applies on "the attack action or a charge." This means you cannot use Overhand Chop with Cleave, as cleave is not an attack action.
TL;DR - Haste applies to flurry.
As for the ki point stacking... haste says it does not stack with "similar effects", and the ki point ability is certainly similar, so I'd say that it probably shouldn't stack any more than the "speed" property should.
I see what he means. Ki doesn't have any problem with Haste, but Haste points out that it is not cumulative with similar effects (such as a Speed weapon). So is it saying that it doesn't stack with effects that mimic Haste, or that it is broadly unstackable with effects that grant an extra attack on a full attack action?

I feel like the Ki attack is not that similar as it's a swift action.
