I don't think flurry and natural attacks mix real well. You'd be better off monk/empyrial sorceror and using Form of the Giant I suspect.

Actually, and I don't know if this is clear RAW or not, but I'm pretty sure Elementals can assume a form that grants unarmed strikes. If you CAN do this legally, you could make a monk/druid, wild shape into an earth elemental, and take the plant domain (we actually won't use the growth domain), and get huge-sized, full monk progression, +1/2 level damage unarmed strikes. Just in case you're curious, that comes out to:

6d8+10 damage per unarmed strike, NOT including the bonuses from strength, enhancement bonuses, power attack, dragon style (which you should REALLY consider getting, as it further increases the benefits of being an earth elemental), or any of the other myriad of damage bonuses available.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure you can cast Greater Magic Fang on yourself, so no need to worry about balancing enhancement bonuses on your Amulet of Mighty Fists... just go straight awesome abilities.

Edit*: Just did the math, and if you started out with an 18 strength, put all your level points into it, & got a +5 strength tome, while wild shaped into a Huge Earth Elemental, you would be putting out 6d8+41 damage per hit. You can get it a little bit higher with other feats, but that's what I could come up with on the spur of the moment. Remember, though, that you'd be attacking 7 times for that damage, and with the right buffs and enchantments (I'm looking at you, Menacing), you'd be hitting pretty freaking hard.
