Hey,
I was looking for an organized pathfinder game in/or near Lexington, KY? A couple of my friends and I love the game, but they are dms and would like to play for once.Thank you for any information!
Deb :)
Hmm, I've been looking for the same thing. I don't think any PFS events are currently being run at either Rusty or that new Amazing Wonders place. How many people do you have interested? Depending on the day of week I might be interested in joining you. Perhaps we could cycle GMs - PFS lends itself to that. If we get 5 players each of us would only have to GM once every five weeks. My poor PFS character hasn't seen action since UKon 2010.
Somerset is about an hour/hour and a half drive away from Lexington, unfortunately.

I tried to start up a PFS in Lexington back during season 0, but it never seemed to get off the ground. Sadly, I don't have time to run a PFS group now, since I'm doing my last year of undergrad and I really need to buckle down before graduation. I might have time come spring, depending on how fall goes... but I can't make any promises right now.

I fear we may have lost the OP when this thread got moved to the Grand Lodge.
Since it sounds like we may need someone to get the ball rolling, I'd be willing to run some PFS games in Lexington. We'd need to find a decent venue; a game store would be great, but POT has servicable rooms for games that are usually available evenings and weekends. Right now, due to job/other time concerns, Saturday afternoons would be best for me. If there is interest, please let me know.
I don't really have PFS GMing experience, but I've been running home games for 29 years or so ;). We can muddle through until we get the hang of things.

I organize, run, and play in the games in Somerset. We have grown from barely making table for our PFS games to having a full group. That said, I would not be against growing into a two table group. I'm also open to helping, when I can, with a Lexington PFS group.
Risener (or is it Risner) on these boards run/plays a lot of PFS in Lexington. He has run some sessions at the Lexington D&D Meet-up. He also runs a Wednesday Pathfinder game that started as Society play, but has since rocketed off to higher levels.

We run Pathfinder in Florence on Monday nights. We alternate between a high-level table (~6) that is full most weeks from sign-ups and a low-level table (~3) that usually has a few spots open. This last Monday (19th) was the low-level group. The holidays may cause some games to be cancelled, though.
Now sure how far of a drive it would be, but it's a great group.

Hey everyone, I was at the Forge convention here in Lexington over the weekend, and saw a store flyer that should interest you. Amazing Wonders is running Pathfinder Society at 6pm on Tuesday nights!

This is good to hear; I may stop by on weeks when my girlfriend is working (when she has off we go on dates on Tuesdays) I have a single level 1 PFS character that I've played in one session, about two years ago.
