There is a Pathfinder Wiki article on this. Though it appears to be missing most of season 2.

I did create a MapLib of Golarion and spotted the map with locations where PFS scenarios have happened (based on the starting location/ending location, if multiple locations are present).
It can be found here. Unfortunately it lacks most locations, as I started doing this around the end of Season 0 and a short while after that I got frustrated and quit playing PFS until this Summer.

The nice thing about a wiki is anyone can update it if they find it's missing information :)
Oh, and I think I got them all updated.

The page on the wiki is still up-to-date, thanks to the volunteers who keep it that way:

Good question. I've no problem adding that category, but it might be considered a spoiler, so I'll ask in my capacity as very occasional wiki editor.
For now, it's safe to assume that any scenario with the Ruby Phoenix icon on the cover starting after #3-13 is in the Tapestry. (plus Wonders in the Weave.)

There a field in there to show whether a scenario is part of the appropriate season's primary storyline? Shadow Lodge, Ruby Phoenix, Runelord, etc.

What about the Hoa Jin Tapestry?
Just so you know, IMK, the fine folks over at the Pathfinderwiki have put together a new category just to answer this question. Enjoy!
