I'd probably give it something like 1d10 x3 for a martial weapon, going by the stats UC gives the tetsubo (exotic, 1d10 x4 critical). I think the Maul in 3.5 CWarrior had similar stats, actually.
Edit: ah, I see the Earthbreaker already has a better statline. Well, I guess you can use it instead.
Paizo calls it an Earth Breaker.

There is also the lucerne hammer, which is similar to the earthbreaker but with reach and a +4 to sunder. You sacrifice crit damage however - its x2 instead of x3.
