I was thinking about a TWF rogue with a one-level dip into Maneuver Master for Flurry of Maneuvers, specializing in Dirty Trick.
The idea would be to use Dirty Trick to blind the opponent before unleashing a full round of sneak attacks.
Thoughts?
Remember that the "dirty trick" maneuver is a bit vague in its description, so you'd better have a good reason you're able to blind the target or the GM might block you (unless you already know your GM and think he'll be cool about it).
My suggestion is buying a spell component pouch and filling it with cinnamon. Since it's already established that drawing out the appropriate spell components from the component pouch is a free action, then whipping out a pinch of cinnamon (even easier, since you don't have to grab the right component) as part of your standard action to blind them seems completely reasonable (and an awesome way of blinding someone).

Does a Cad fighter fit the idea better? They get bonuses to Dirty Trick, and a lot more feats to play around with. Plus, since you're full BAB, you wouldn't technically need Flurry to get an extra attack in.
Quick Dirty Trick is a feat that lets you replace an attack (the highest one) with a Dirty Trick.

Especially if you have IUS, I can't imagine a GM not allowing you poke someone in the eye for the blindness effect.
The purpose of the build was providing a non-magical way for the TWF rogue to get the advantage of the Dirty Trick for a full attack. I assume Cad doesn't give sneak attack?
Taking Quick Dirty trick may be an even better option, since you can take that as a pure rogue.
