My guess is a series of mythic books, A mythic core rule book, and maybe an Advanced mythic guide. The Core book will cover all the basics of mythic and the advanced book will expand upon what the core has. As well as have some GMG style explanations of mythic adventuring and what not.
While I wouldn't put my lunch-money on it, that would be a rather awesome pay-out for the patience I'm willing to lend to Mythic product.

I was responding to troubled child's remark about never running out of Chronicles material. And they're right, in terms of campaign geography. There's tons to cover. But we have seen misfits, (2) undead books, many themed books, many classic books, now a dedicated giants book.
I could see redirecting some of the energy into Mythic campaign material however. Or Asian material if there is sufficient sales.
If I was cautious it's only because it sucks when the Creative Director shows up and says you're completely wrong. Which I could be.
I'm just saying a lot of topic bases are getting covered nicely now. But yeah, there is a lot of world geography untouched too.
First off I'm sorry for the touch of necromancy but I've been without the internet the past few days.
As the geography expands so does the scope of the other books in the line. For instance Dragon Empires Magic to follow up on Inner Sea Magic. Your right though in that if Paizo does release epic/mythic/legendary rules they will release support material for it in the campaign line because otherwise the rules wont sell as well. The catch 22 situation being that it's the idea of such content being written for Golarion that leads to so many people arguing against Paizo publishing the rules in the first place. I feel very sorry for Paizo sometimes, having to put up with all our contradictory demands and nerdrage.

Me too. :)
We're cool TC.
Turns out I was wrong. It will happen again. I walk the very fine line between being a freelancer, and paying customer who runs Pathfinder Games.
They're very seperate roles, and sometimes I have to reconcile them.
I have ZERO knowledge of ANYTHING to do with Ultimate Equipment, but it suddenly strikes me that vehicles that allow you to travel to different planes and world's within the solar system would really kickass.
And with UE's wordcount, we might see a nice magic item chapter too.
:D

Speaking of completely groundless speculation I was expecting a certain major company to say oops, that last edition seems to have cost us the lime light. Next year we will also publish our campaign worlds under the d20-pathfinder license. This will give us the possibility to republish everything again.
However, that did not happen. Though I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing.
One announcement that did happen though was that on Thursday when I went to buy my inner sea magic book it was sold out. So it seems sales were going well!

I think Magic Items were confirmed in the Seminar; they will be sorted by body slot or something like that. Plus, with the fact that there was absolutely NO magic items in either of the other two books, Ultimate Equipment having magic goodies makes sense.
This also makes me hopeful for Ultimate Prestige, as neither Ultimate book had Prestige Classes in it.

I am curious to see if Wizards of the Coast is going to try to win back all of the people they lost to Paizo. To be honest, I'm not sure if such a feat could be done aside from rewriting the system into a completely different 5th Edition.

The ioun stones, the Wayfinder, and some other objects did not.. not to mention alot of text did not get reprinted. So please explain a little more detail on WHAT you think got reprinted???
Please keep in mind that the core Roleplaying Game line is intended for people who don't play in our campaign setting as well as those who do, and that means that, from time to time, material that appears in our campaign-setting products will get "promoted" to the main line. This has allowed us to bring over some really good stuff, like the chase rules or the traits system, improving the game as a whole, and we are absolutely going to continue to do it. Note, though, that we don't generally cut-and-paste; we tend to rewrite where we can. It's hard to rewrite equipment, though, so that may be why you're noticing it more.

Really the only way I would give money back to WOTC is if they published Forgotten Realms back to 3rd edition. Than I could still use Pathfinder and play a supported realms. Though honestly, I find Golarion easier to insert my own elements into.
I am simply not going to pull my patronage from a company I ahve grown to trust, simply because WOTC makes nice nice.
I am over the Brand name of Dungeons and Dragons. It is a label for books now, that PAthfinder carries even better at this point.

Although I have little interest in travelling to the other planets any time soon I am now picturing a van sized brass capsule with massive solar sails and it is pretty awesome.

I feel special: I had Erik, Lisa and Vic respond to my posts on reusing material in Ultimate Equipment.
If I am employed by the time it is released, I'll have to pick up a copy.
