I have to say, I really like the Sanctified Slayer archetype (but who doesn't). Finally a archetype worth taking.
Jugdement:
- Sacred Bonus
- Usable a limited number of times per day (although that becomes less important at higher levels)
- Only one judgement at low levels
+ defensive bonuses
+ activates as a swift action
+ lasts the whole encounter
Studied Target:
- move action till level 7
- must be activated once for each opponent
+ skill bonuses (although not as many as a regular Slayer would get)
+ unlimited uses
+ bonus on attack and damage at first level
Add to that sneak attack (combinde this with the crocodile domain if you want nearly full progression) and the option to pick Slayer Talents (including ranger combat styles and the all powerful trapfinding ability) and you have a very good archetype. The loss of defensive options can hurt, though.
The sacred huntsmaster has some potential, too, depending on how it interacts with the companion granting domains. He lacks some companion boosting spells, but that might be compensated by having two full progressed (boon companion) companions instead of just one.

I actually think the Chivalry Inquisition is strong with SH. You would have a Mount class feature and a Animal Companion class feature so it would not be combined into one using the rule established by the divine hunter. Sure you essentially lose your 8th level bonus but you dont have to blow a feat on boon companion or wait till 4th level for your second.

Using the new VMC rules, it could be mentioned that a Sanctified Slayer with the Crocodile domain & VMC Rogue can get a total of 13d6 Sneak Attack at L19 (you don't get SA dice until L4, but from there on you rapidly accumulate them - at L7 you've got 4d6, at L11 7d6, etc), in addition to Precise Strike.
That, and getting Evasion at L11 together with Stalwart seems rather neat. Sounds fitting for an Inquisitor of Sobek - you get falchion proficiency, a familiar/flank partner (it is small, so it does threaten after all, and you qualify for improved familiar at L9), and the VMC lack of feats hurts you slightly less than other classes due to your built-in bonus TW feats.

sacred huntsmaster VS animal from the domain :
sacred huntsmaster:
+ free feat (no boon companion tax)
+ easy +4 constant to hit (pack flanking)
+ team share spells (1 spell for both )
- no team feats working when pet arent about.
- less team feats options (no cover from allies, better mobility as allies
have your team feat, less free attacks from allies critical).
- the hunter's boon is WAY weaker then judgement. and allow 1 only.
+ the hunter's boon work on the companion
- chivalry also share the boosts to the pet
+ have a place for a GREAT domain like wis to skills, exploration or luck.
so....is the constant +4 to hit at level 4 worth the trade ?
not so sure.....
other options for a pet:
feather
chivalry.
