Hexes - mind-effecting?

Looking for clarification; one of the PCs in my campaign is a witch; her most used ability is hexing (Misfortune, etc.)

Maybe I'm just missing it, but I don't see anything that sets it as mind-effecting etc. This is pretty important, as it doesn't seem like something that should affect undead, constructs, etc.

Anyone have an answer?

If it doesn't say it's mind-affecting, it's not mind-affecting.

Notice specifically that the Charm hex says it's a mind-affecting ability. If they were generally mind-affecting abilities, that text would not be needed.

Think of it as tugging the strings of the universe to get your desired result.

Not all hexes are mind-effecting. Some hexes are and they say so in there description.

Yep. Also the Sleep Hex is Mind-Affecting even though it doesn't have the tag in the description due to saying 'as the Sleep spell" (which is Mind-Affecting).
