Who got What? 2011 edition

Liberty's Edge

OK, I'm going to start this off, because I'm pretty sure I had the best lottery ever.

I got in Jason's "Cursed Lot" game (the description of which intimidates me a good bit - I surely qualify as a "veteran", but I mean, veteran by what standard? I'm scared), and I got in Mr. Greenwood's "Mousehole". I have totally got to brush up on my 2nd edition.

While I've had amazing luck, those are some pretty intimidating games. I'm equal parts excited and, like, OMG.

I didn't get into Mousehole but hopefully I'll get to take a picture with Elminster and have him sign my 3rd ed. FR book.

Silver Crusade

I'm in Kassil's R'lyeh Before Christmas and that's it. ^_^

There's always next year. ^_^

I got Kings of Absalom in the lottery (only lottery event), however...

Return to Chinatown was actually at only 3 out of 4 after the lottery and I snagged the spot. It looks like someone else *also* snagged the spot, as it's now showing 5 out of 4. If it can't be determined which of us picked it first, I'm willing to take the hit and be bumped. Otherwise, color me excited.

Also very happy with the PFS games I'm running (Mantis on Sat morning, Shades pt. 2 on Sun morning) and seminars I picked up.

I am very curious to see if anyone signed up for my Gifted Game at all. I have never ran a game at a Con before. Of course, I am now second guessing myself on the description. I really hate that I put down "play test" and I fear it would scare away people. The game is awesome, I am just afraid I might have a TPK in the first scene.

Well, I am looking forward to playing 8 Kender walk into a Bar. I was hoping for other games, but the schedule even before the lottery meant that I could only play the Friday morning time slot. I really wanted to catch a couple Open Content games, and several of the games ran by Paizo staff really caught my interest. Oh well, next year I will have another chance.

.

Yep, your gifted game is full :)

It was one of my top picks Sunday and I didn't get it.

Nothing.

Well - The good news here is that A Paladin in Hell will start early on Saturday. Woo!

~D

Woo hoo! My game is full :)
I got no fours or threes and only 1 two... :)
Yeah for minis :)

I seem to have snagged Madman at the Bridge on Friday, and Shootout in Old Korvosa on Saturday. The rest of my time will be sent in seminars, and talking to everyone.

Plus, a perfect set up to go on our annual Dim Sum Run on Sunday!

Do we need to get up earlier and go out for pancakes instead, then?

The Exchange

I got The Savage Species of Kaer Maga and Campus Crusade for Cthulhu. Neither were 4s, but I can't really complain. They should be good games.

I have an 8am game on Sunday, so it's a no-go for me, alas. Curse you Hyrum!

Wait, what is this about a Dim Sum Run?

Well I am pretty fortunate I got the creeps on the borderlands, was really hoping for that one and too kill those annoying adventurers. I also got the gifted that one does sound interesting, and finally got a cthulhu game this year so I am pretty jazzed. well if you guys aren't happy good luck with the trades.

Which slot in Kings of Absalom did you get? My friend and I got that one too and I'd love to talk strategies with you.

True so very true, and at least I can laugh though this makes it two years in a row I was dogged :P

May your abject failure be drenched in the blood of your enemies.

J/K - good luck to you as well!
