Thank you for the prompt refund. It was much appreciated. I am now a little confused, though. I received my refund on the 16th of May (thank you again!), but my account still has two three-day e-tickets in it. Should I not worry about it? here's an excerpt from the most recent email:

Is it just as simple as one side of the database not knowing what the other side has done? It would be nice to clean the invalid tickets out of my account.

Was there anyway that I could get in on this? I thought that I made a post on here... but... It doesn't seem to be here now... and I have made and left messages at the cust support #, but I'm guessing every one is at the con... I had some people that would be happy to buy the tickets from me.. but.. a refund would be dandy too... I'm already so down that I can't go... and I'd be super happy even if it were store credit.
