I'm sure this has been solved elsewhere, but I can't find it.

A Changling gets claws as part of her racial heritage. Do these count as an unarmed attack, and provoke an AoO, or are they like monsters, and count as armed (and therefore do not provoke an AoO)?

They're natural attacks. Their use does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
