So this will be my first summoner. He's going to be a half elf support archer so in terms of that we're golden.
The eidolon however needs to follow a certain theme and look. I'm not worried about raw damage output since I'm supplementing it with death from afar anyway.
Eventually I'm going to get a large, multilimbed angel of swift mercy that wields multiple two bladed swords. Oh and lot's of intimidate, because if that's not scary to have coming at you nothing is. Reach has been ruled to only apply to natural attacks. No quadrepeds here as they're not "angelic".
Bipedal
1st Level
Evolutions: Strength Score increase, Improved NAtural Armor
Feats: EWP Two Bladed Sword
2nd Level
Evolutions: Strength Score increase, Improved NAtural Armor, Magic Attacks
Feats: EWP Two Bladed Sword
3rd Level
Evolutions: Strength Score increase, Improved NAtural Armor, Limbs(Arms)
Feats: EWP Two Bladed Sword, Multiweapon Fighting
4th Level
Evolutions:Strength Score Increase, Improved Natural Armor, Limbs (Arms), Flight, Magic Attacks
Feats:Ewp Two Bladed Sword, Multiweapon Fighting
So I'm sort fo at a loss on where to go from here. She definitely needs more attack, so probably weapon focus or double slice (for more damage) later on. Thoughts? I'm avoiding just cramming as many natural attacks as possible on her since I don't want too much refluffing to maintain her theme.

Multiple double weapons does not work very well mechanically, because not all your off hand weapons will be light any more. Which sucks for attack penalties. Simply using one two handed weapon and lots of light weapons in your off hands works better.
Building a multiweapon fighting eidolon with max natural attacks also means you can't afford to dedicate a lot of evolution points to other things ... you will just be spending them on arms and more arms and claws.
It's easier to build something which works well which works off the intimidate angle. For instance take the feats :
Weapon focus Greatsword
Power attack
Cornugon Smash
Dazzling display
Shatter defences
And just use your Greatsword with secondary claw attacks.

A while ago, I made a Summoner who did archery, and built my Eidolon as a Biped to use arms and one Reach Evolution.
I considered having him take a feat to use an exotic reach weapon, and use it with just one Limbs Evolution, and Claws everywhere else. Or instead of Claws elsewhere, use the Tentacle evolution since every natural attack is secondary with a weapon anyway, but I decided that spending one Reach Evolution to expand his Claw reach and then use monster feats to improve his Claw, and some evolutions to improve his Claw, would be better overall.
The Eidolon's goal was to be primarily a battlefield controller, and some good damage. Give him a reach weapon, and spend a feat for a combat maneuver, and he'll be able to wreak havoc while you treat them like pincushions, as well as whatever the rest of the party does.
I think taking a proficiency feat and using a reach weapon would be much better, because he'd threaten the area within the reach weapon's reach and the area within his natural attack's reach. Maybe not even burn one of his few feats for proficiency and just eat the non-proficiency penalty. You only have to divert 2 Evolution Points for the Limbs so that he can use the reach weapon. All of the rest go into his natural attacks, and then it's easy to drop the weapon usage on a level up if it's not working out for you, since you haven't spent feats on the weapon at all.
Alternatively, you can cast Lesser Evolution Surge to grant him the Limbs to use said reach weapon if you think it might be necessary in combat. Now you can use those 2 Evolution Points wherever you want. Maybe another Strength booster or even Wings early on if you'd like.

well if you are truly serious about pimping your eidolon there are certain things you need to focus on:
max ranks in profession(pimp),perform(b~!#~ slap), and knowledge(local politicians).
Skill focus and the skilled evolution in all of the above once you have access to them.
I would say your eidolon needs max ranks in profession(prostitute), perform(bj),perform(other sexual acts), knowledge(sexual positions), knowledge(noble/rich men), perception(for spotting rich men).
Your eidolon will need skill focus and the skilled evolution in all of the above skills. Also extra arms and legs always help. Weapon proficiency whip is also useful for some clientele.
The Eidolon will need to be buffed with unfetter so that it can find clients on its own when you are too busy to be nearby.

How many points should I sink into Limbs(reproductive organs)?

None. Go the Wicked City route and start out with claws, bite attack, and poison, then move up to web and swallow whole.

on the real purpose of this thread there are some minor technical errors with your idea.
multiple double weapons are not good for multiweapon fighters as using a double weapon counts as wielding a one handed weapon and a light weapon.
"Double Weapons: A character can fight with both ends of a double weapon as if fighting with two weapons, but he incurs all the normal attack penalties associated with two-weapon combat, just as though the character were wielding a one-handed weapon and a light weapon."
Another technicality is that multi-weapon fighters can't get double slice as characters with multiple arms do not get two weapon fighting(a prereq for double slice). Even if you pick up two weapon fighting and then double slice early on. Once you get more than 2 arms you lose two weapon fighting(replaced by multi) and thus fail to meet the prereqs for double slice.
If your DM does not notice these issues then you can sneak the build in. Or if he thinks these differences are arbitrary, he might favor both of these issues being worked out anyway.
Now starting at lvl 1 with a biped, you can do some cool things.
Your biped's claws can be on his feat and then you have arms open for wielding a weapon. Since he can have 3 natural attacks at lvl 1, it can be 2 claws and a bite plus a str bonus.
I personally like the idea of a biped eidolon that uses a reach weapon for AoOs and full attacks with natural attacks. Then all your primary natural attacks are still at full to hit bonus and full str bonus to damage. And you can pick out a combat trick to do with your AoOs/reach weapon.
Its up to you though. Bipeds get great reach though. So try to take advantage of that.
