Page 83 of The Haunting of Harrowstone contain flying medusa heads, with Flyby Attack as a bonus feat, and the ability to temporarily petrify those they bite.

This is one of my FAVORITE things in the whole volume, and the Bestiary opener with Seltyiel - my pet iconic - and those guys in a giant clock tower is PURE self indulgence!
But I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoys it!
Expect a bit more of this kind of stuff throughout the AP. ^_~
