When creating a Wand or Scroll the costs are based on the caster's class and the level. So which group does each of the Advanced Player's Guide Base classes fall into?
.
.
.
Group 1: Cleric, Druid, Wizard (spell level 0-9)
Group 2: Sorcerer (spell level 0-9)
Group 3: Bard (spell level 0-6)
Group 4: Paladin, Ranger (spell level 1-4)
Alchemist (spell level 1-6): Group 3
Inquisitor (spell level 1-6): Group 3
Oracle (spell level 0-9): Group 2
Summoner (spell level 0-6): Group 3
Witch (spell level 0-9): Group 1
Is this correct?

The table's just a shortcut. The formula is spell level * caster level * 750 (or spell level * caster level * charges * 15 if you're calculating a partially charged one). Halve it to get the crafting cost. Wands default to the lowest caster level the spell can be cast at by the crafter.
Edit: Clarify I'm referring to the crafter

Not quite true Bobson.
Wizard/Sorcerer spells default to W/S price. (As in, the default wand of mage armor is considered to be a W/S wand when it's listed as treasure).
Cleric spells default to C price (As in, the default wand of cure light wounds is considered to be a cleric wand, not a bard or druid wand).
Druid spells default to D price (As in, the default wand of heat metal is considered to be a druid wand)
and so on.
Specifically created wands can use other casters, but by default, the 'core classes' are the go to guys. Spells shared by core classes default to that class that get's it first (which is why cleric get's the cure spells by default).
All the 'base' classes are not assumed to have made any wands. Those would need to be made/commissioned specifically. By default. IE: If an AP lists a wand of cure light wounds, it's assumed a minimal cleric level made it. Unless the GM modifies that.
So, even if you can get a spell at 1st level from say, inquisitor, but 2nd from Cleric, it's assumed any found in a treasure are cleric, unless the GM changes that.
