I bet CH will say I should work them all because that's the best way to learn the material.Maybe once you get through this you will be able to help me. My weakest subject on the exam I took was the part where I had to analyze corporate accounting statements.
When I had money to invest, I used to read those all the time.

Erm... Even with money to invest, I would think I could find better reading.

Interestingly, I generally can't tolerate black coffee unless it is really really good coffee.
Tea, however, I can drink straight up all day long. Hot or iced, black green or white, doesn't matter. I grew up drinking it that way and the bitterness doesn't bother me in the least.
I've been told that is weird.
It doesn't seem weird to me. :)
Milk or sugar in tea is weird to me. But I also think that black tea should be brewed for at least fifteen minutes for optimal flavor. Not green tea, though. If you oversteep green tea it goes from light, crisp, refreshing flavor to why the hell am I drinking the lawn?!?
Edit: That should be also at most fifteen minutes for earl grey because any longer than that and the bergamot flavor gets out of hand and it starts to taste like froot loops. Do not recommend. :P
Anyways, I am definitely weird in this respect, so that probably doesn't make it any less weird for you. :)
I actually have very little tolerance for bitter flavors I can actually perceive, so I'm fascinated by people who drink things they can taste as bitter on purpose.

The longer you brew tea, the more tannins come out, and you get bitter. 15 minutes would end up tasting like licking the bag itself :-/
*shrug* Doesn't taste bitter to me. Tastes kinda sweet. A little earthy depending on the blend. But I like to really taste the tea. I don't like it to be too watery. Obviously you experience the flavors differently. You know, like a normal person. Which I never claimed to be. :)

I definitely don't steep for 15 minutes.
And I laughed out loud at your comment about drinking the lawn.
Glad I could entertain. :)
This was pretty much an exact quote from the last time I ordered green tea at Starbucks. They overdid it. This is pretty much the summary of what goes wrong with all the things at Starbucks as far as I can tell.

And now I have to stop procrastinating and go grocery shopping. I hate grocery shopping. But we all like to eat, so there's that. And I must acquire ingredients for many ill-fated attempts at creating gluten free versions of delicious holiday treats....this can only end in tears. Which will not actually stop me making the attempt.

So I believe it's official I'll be purchasing 2 3ds XL the Pokemon X/Y editions for Christmas. Red for me blue for my wife. She's not exactly a fan of blue but since one of our nicknames is calling me a fire dragon and her an ice dragon
(Because I never want to know a day that's under 60 degrees, I'd rather have it 80, 90, 100 degrees!
And she never wants to know a day that's over 40 degrees, she'd rather have it 30, 20, 10, 5 and let it freeze!
And then start off with Y for me and X for her.

kidnaps havoc's sensible wife, holds her in tastefully decorated, lavish ice fortress where havoc will have to face off against no less than eight unique robotic bodyguards

Define cold, because I had to wear a long sleeve t shirt today. It was around 60.

due to havoc's failure to jump and brandish his sword before going through the door to face off against robot bodyguards, havoc ended up saving a robotic duplicate, not his real wife, who offers her apologies and informs him that she is, indeed, in another complex.

Funny enough, unlike previous editions the red and blue in those two is not a fire/water division. X's mascot is a life-energy stag monster, Y's is a literal grim reaper bird. [/pokenerd]

That still sounds sucky to have to actually go and do though,...
You Have fun with that! :D
Cobra yes please.
Or green mamba. According to KILL BILL it is probably the most deadly of snakes. Although in this case 'quick' does NOT equal 'painless'. :P
On the other hand, I hate for you to go to any trouble. I'm good, thanks. :)

Thanks. Now I totally want to rewrite the Artisan District in my kids' Serpent's Skull game. All they've heard is that there might be "powerful 10,000-year-old outsiders" there.
Now I totally want to rewrite it into a war zone between two major demigods...

Me neither.
However, as a cautionary tale, I did hear a story about a man who drank 14 cups of Jasmine green tea in a very short space of time and promptly ran amuck with an axe. I have a slight suspicion that other factors may also have been involved.

I am in peppermint hell... A nice guy at work bought me a peppermint mocha from Starbucks and it was good for about 1/4 of the cup. After that the peppermint flavoring grew SO strong that it's all I can taste... Like being force fed a heaping pile of peppermint in every sip. I don't want to make him sad that I am no longer liking it... Do you think he will notice if I don't finish?
