I've missed being around. I've had a rough winter, health-wise, but I think (*knock on wood*) the worst of it is behind me now, and I've finally got enough energy and focus to want to catch up on my online reading again. Although judging from some of the threads I'm seeing elsewhere in the forums, I think I'll stick here for a while and keep the rest of the boards hidden for the immediate future. :)

I don't really care for it myself. I just had to get a new PC last month as well after my old one's motherboard went KABLEWY and Treppa decided she wanted to make a Linux-Box out of it. Already had this one in the shop for 5 days since I bought it, but it is pretty nice playing Skyrim on Ultra-High Quality. @_@

If there is one mod to get, it is the Dragon Souls for Perks mod! It makes the high level play much more fun as it rewards dragon hunting. One of my regular gaming crew got it over the new year during the Steam sale.

I have it on my PC and the mods are great (2 years running) as long as they do not cause your computer to crash. Be warned, some are incompatible.

Played my first Pathfinder Society scenario yesterday since the GM was ill. Ended up using the pre-gen Wizard. We managed to do all the faction missions, but the boss villain was too tough for us (darn that augmented lemure she summoned), so we had to scarper before finishing the whole thing.

Right now, I'm literally stuck in the Dome of Kasia, trying to get past the f@%@ing rolling ball on a stick thing. I've tried everything, including dumping all of my gear and drinking 25 Verminous Fabricant Elixirs all at once. My Speed is at 80, and I've gotten it up to 200, and I still can't get past the damn ball on a stick. Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Friday! It's a bit cold this morning, but the sun is already shining bright and it's supposed to wamr up into the low 50s. Plus, the wife comes home tonight.

On the down side, I expect to receive my notification for furlough pretty soon. I've already heard of some people getting theirs. One day a week for 22 weeks. Luckily, as I've said before, the wife and I make enough to have saved a good bit. So it'll be a bit of a nuisance, but not much else - as long as certain people get their heaDs out of their asses.
