Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I've checked in. What's new?

You have been greatly missed.
I've missed being around. I've had a rough winter, health-wise, but I think (*knock on wood*) the worst of it is behind me now, and I've finally got enough energy and focus to want to catch up on my online reading again. Although judging from some of the threads I'm seeing elsewhere in the forums, I think I'll stick here for a while and keep the rest of the boards hidden for the immediate future. :)

I'm glad to hear your health has improved. Since your absence was health related, I am obligated to restore you to your Haterade(tm) spokesmodel status at the same pay you had when you left.

*waves to everyone*

Midnight is closing? How, it was an afternoon and I turned Lord Of The Rings for a while... Oh, right.

Not bad. How's the new PC?

It works, so that's a big step up from the old one. ;)

I'm not a fan of Windows 8 though.

Liberty's Edge

I don't really care for it myself. I just had to get a new PC last month as well after my old one's motherboard went KABLEWY and Treppa decided she wanted to make a Linux-Box out of it. Already had this one in the shop for 5 days since I bought it, but it is pretty nice playing Skyrim on Ultra-High Quality. @_@

I do want to get Skyrim on PC, if for no other reason than all the friggin mods that I could play with.

If there is one mod to get, it is the Dragon Souls for Perks mod! It makes the high level play much more fun as it rewards dragon hunting. One of my regular gaming crew got it over the new year during the Steam sale.

Silver Crusade

All kinds of folks are back in the thread! Hiya, LPM!

The Exchange

What's up CH!?

How's things up on your end?

I'm back too CH!

Wait a minute, I don't have any class!

Oh... That's what you said.

I have it on my PC and the mods are great (2 years running) as long as they do not cause your computer to crash. Be warned, some are incompatible.

There. You have class, in an egging.

I'm doing well, by the way! Work is kicking my butt, but hopefully I'll have a new job soon.

I'll keep that in mind, I may check with other players I know to see what they have had luck with first.

Yeah our season is picking up too, but I'm glad for it in my case.

Liberty's Edge

You'll have Steam if you get it for PC, so browse the workshop! It is full of wonderful stuff. :)

I have an early day tomorrow, so I'll see y'all folks tomorrow.

RPG Superstar 2012

G'night!

Good night Taig.

Early bird catches the worm tomorrow. So I'm off to the DMV to get my driving record. Everyone, have a good night.

Night everyone... Wait, it's three o'clock? How? It was midnight!

At last I have done some laundry today. Yesterday. Whateverday.

Moorluck wrote:

Heehee, I've been away for a little while, so I haven't been able to shill my work here. :)

Thanks for the mention, Cheapy and CH. I hope those of you who end up purchasing it enoy it.

When I click on the link it takes me back to the OTD page. :(

Also...welcome back, Lindisty (and Studpuffin too)! Congrats on the new project, BT!

Played my first Pathfinder Society scenario yesterday since the GM was ill. Ended up using the pre-gen Wizard. We managed to do all the faction missions, but the boss villain was too tough for us (darn that augmented lemure she summoned), so we had to scarper before finishing the whole thing.

So it does. Let's try this link.

And, yes, I think the cover is fantastic!

Mind you - for the first encounter, my 1st-level Ezren outdamaged the 2nd-level Ranger with our opponents as his favoured enemy. Without burning through his spells. :D

Then I started rolling sixes and sevens for the rest of the session...

Anyone here played Demon's Souls? The Maiden Astraea fight is the most depressing thing ever...

Liberty's Edge

Any Morrowind: Tribunal players out there? If there are, I have a question for you:

Spoiler:
Right now, I'm literally stuck in the Dome of Kasia, trying to get past the f*~+ing rolling ball on a stick thing. I've tried everything, including dumping all of my gear and drinking 25 Verminous Fabricant Elixirs all at once. My Speed is at 80, and I've gotten it up to 200, and I still can't get past the damn ball on a stick. Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

Silver Crusade

What about basketball players?

Very important question:
Does this Jersey make my butt look big?

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Friday! It's a bit cold this morning, but the sun is already shining bright and it's supposed to wamr up into the low 50s. Plus, the wife comes home tonight.

On the down side, I expect to receive my notification for furlough pretty soon. I've already heard of some people getting theirs. One day a week for 22 weeks. Luckily, as I've said before, the wife and I make enough to have saved a good bit. So it'll be a bit of a nuisance, but not much else - as long as certain people get their heaDs out of their asses.

And we've been told to think hard about what day each week we want to be furloughed. I'm gonna pick Thursdays because (a)I figure a lot of people will be shooting for Mondays or Fridays, and (b) That would be following my game night, so it would make it less painful to stay out late.
