Greetings from Paizo land one and all. Got here safe, sound, and slightly ahead of schedule. Met up with Taig and Jess at the airport, shared a cab to the hotel, then went and grabbed some lunch together.

Now it's a bit of downtime before the meet and greet and eat later on.

I think Sabine was unsettled when we saw all those rats. I should have let her go on believing that they were squirrels :)

She actually thought they where Opossums :-)

Very nice, Arthur Pundragon.

She's knocked out the bulk of the paper on the first two hour leg. Next is three hours, so she should be done before we arrive.

There are just some things that one could live a thorough and pleasant lifetime without ever needing to see.
That's what cats are for, to deposit 1/2 a rat or mouse on your door-step.
Or bird, or gopher, or snake, or lizard, or...
If only they could be taught to eat Spanish forest slugs, those pests need a natural predator before they overrun every non-desert/non-tundra area of the world.

they are a little less of a ptoblem in germany in the last few years, I don't know why.

Also, for those already here or soon to be and who plan on attending the meet and greet: Taig, Jess and myself were planning on meeting in the Marriot lobby around 4:30 to walk over to Claim Jumpers.

Just look for the skinny, most no haired guy in the zombie t-shirt.

I can't seem to shake this damnable cough, and that's causing me to get 1-2 hours of sleep a night tops. But other than that I'm okay. :/

Gonna be honest, one of my main aversions to facebook is that being photographed in the same ROOM as alcohol flags me as "Maybe this lady shouldn't work in our school."

So today Al Green started off strong, but the magic touch belongs to the Rolling Stones ("Miss You") and Sonic Youth ("Kool Thing"). Not sure how to score that, do the sleepies belong to the main pitcher, the relief or cleanup?

Honestly, these days, buying a big sturdy sea chest is a lot safer bet than anything other than a credit union. But yeah, job would be good. If anywhere is hiring.

All this talk about Facebook... I'm in a difficult position. I really don't like being around people. At all. But, if I don't have any sort of personal contact for a few days, I literally start going crazy, doing the whole Howard Hughes thing. Well, short of drinking my own urine. Facebook seems to be the unhappy medium here. Not a fan, but it's either that or get a bunch of people who don't know anything about Pathfinder to join FAWTL.

To shed some light: Aeglos, his girl Sabine, FHDM, and I were walking through Columbus Park in Chinatown at night (is this the start of a joke?) and there was some scurrying movement back and forth on the path in front of us. Sabine pointed it out with interest until I let her know that what she was seeing was actually 3 or 4 rats running back and forth across the path. Then she was not so enthused.

Nah, the stories of what happens when you drink too much...

C'mon! Make us blush!

I actually don't drink.

Very interesting. However, it does not suprise me that we are now finding such things.

I'm too short of sleep to drink straight through tonight. But after a good night's sleep I should be fine!
