That's creepy. They look exactly like my parents' two cats.

I am not your parents.

...

Are your parents' cats from Japan too?

Cats are mysterious and otherworldly, and not firmly bound to time and 3-dimensions as humans are. Perhaps Jess' cats and Kajehase's parents' cats are one and the same, coexisting in two (or more) places simultaneously?

You cat people are disturbing.

Yeah, that dream and crappy neighbor behavior sounds awful. >:(

My first thought was the Kool-Aid Man, but he would have had to change his M.O. From walls to doors. And that thought is too frightening to comprehend.

OH YEAH!!! Oh no, wait..OH NO!!!

Feeling bummed and watching Norwegian press conference right now.

Seems as if the shooter on Utøya (tall and blond, Norwegian) might have been the same person that planted the bomb in Oslo.

I was very shocked yesterday and even more right now after reading the death toll.

Last Friday I have been walking one street away from the place of the bombing, makes you feel very vulnerable.

Do we have Norwegians on the Paizo board?

It's just awful.

A decent night of sleep was ended by bad dogs whining to go out first thing this morning. Can't they let a Puffin and a Treppa sleep in on our day off? I guess the answer is no. :)

Still, good morning all. Looks to be a fine day, and I can't wait to go tackle it. :)

No need to hide. I have nothing against fans of Buffy! It is their lord and master Whedon who must be defeated. Preferably after I find him in his labrynthine lair after defeating 8 of his most diabolical creations and stealing the weapons they once used against me from their twitching corpses.

I had the watchers roll perception against the monsters' lowest stealth roll. the amount they beat the monsters' lowest stealth roll by is the distance the monsters are from the party when the party notices them, x10. Only 30 feet = ouchie. Monsters roll a natural 20 on initiative. Double ouchie.

(I let the watchers place themselves where they wanted on the map. Monsters were 30' from Silverhair's character.)

Honestly it was one of the toughest random encounters available + bad dice rolls in combination that took him down. Poisoning area effect attacks suck for the party too.

It's kinda ironic. I get mocked for being too nice a DM on the forum, then I start killing PCs and companions left and right. O.o

Ouch!

Checked out the sales at a Borders. Pretty underwhelming. I can get Ultimate Magic for $36 instead of $40.

But the way people are mobbing the Borderses, you would think they were giving stuff away. If all those people had shopped there more regularly, the store might not be in this situation.

Vatnisse, who I pbp with, is Norwegian.

I'm a U.S. citizen; 1/8 Norwegian. I went there when I was 3 for a couple of weeks when my dad was in the Army stationed in Germany.

My great grandfather was a Thorsen, and he left to avoid being drafted by the Norwegian navy.
He stabbed a bull in the nuts one time with a pitchfork because it was goring his father to death.
