I mentioned it obliquely earlier. (Why have we not met? I try to make it a point to meet fellow forumites in my area.)
Ciano's, I think? It's so no-name I hardly remember.
I don't think it is St. Louis style, Puffin. I'll post a pic next time I get some.

Cool. If you're ever out St. Louis way we should hook up at an imo's. It's good stuff!

Busy week IRL. I got some pool and gaming in though.
Has anyone heard from Sones, LPM, or HD while I was out?

Solnes is in and out. I'd go to her profile and check Posts.

Lord President!
When he comes back, he will smack you around for being parliamentarian.
He will also smack around Gark for "least potent."

Did some running around today. Then when we got home, did some laundry and other household stuff, webcammed with my parents so they could see Charlie.
And then, my neighbors invited us over to their little family get together and fed us hamburgers, hotdogs, and (in my case) beer.
AND!!! Charlie not only ate his oatemal cereal, but actually cooperated with me during the feeding!

One of the reasons we chose our house was because of the ample space to place a game room.

Forcing myself to get past a very long attack of artistic insecurity and finish this stupid drawing!!!!
Then I can move on and work on the stuff I actually want to do. Ugh. It looks soooo bad. [headdesk]
I feel your pain! Just remember that you are your own worst critic - this is valuable to help you improve, as long as you don't let it keep you from creating! I'm sure everyone else will love it, even though you only want to stare at that one tiny flaw. :) Good luck!

Just be careful man. One of these days I will make my way to Houston and I want to say hi.
Also thank you for being over there.

Good luck Jess!
And regarding the "you're your own worst critic" stuff...
I sent in an entry to the latest Chronicler contest. My friend (who was published in the last one) and the team that runs it was on my butt because I didn't submit it to the forums first to be edited and to help me make it better before submitting it.
But, as I told them, I needed to just send it off and let it fight for itself this time. It's the first time I've ever submitted anything and I want to know if it will stand on its own without help from friends. Their support is full of good intentions, but I want to know if my writing is good or bad on its own merit.

Thanks. :)
Honestly, I hate everything about it, but this drawing has been clogging up my creative works for a couple of months now, so I figure it's better to just finish it and move on. Now I can get to those character sketches I've been meaning to do since April. :)
