Snow! We have about 3 inches so far with an all-day fall forecast. Maybe 8". Maybe 12". Who knows? Wheeeeeeeeeeeee! I'm tempted to go roll in the drifts with our snow-loving boy dog.
Thanks Freehold! You may have missed Texas, but those of us in snow-loving Colorado thank you. You should move out here. I see snow on the mountaintops most days, and you can drive up to the top of Mt. Evans anytime in the summer for your dose of really cold weather.
Come... join us...

Dammit! Mr. Ragadolf, how long until we can affect the desired area?

considering your nudity, I will assume you are hoping for something greater than a mere 3".... :D

Excellent! Rags, put in for colorado for our next shore leave. I hear the women are naked and it never stops snowing, even in the devil's scrotum men call summer.

Dammitall FHDM, Ah'm a wizard, not a bloody physicist!
We would have to comPLETELY re-engineer the entire ion particle spectrum, and we still have to counter-act the disruption field set up by so many Paizonites in close proximity,...I suppose we could try holding the next Paizo-con somewhere up north, to lure them out of the Houston area,...

Evenin', y'all.
I have a curious question.
I THINK I blocked someone from messaging or me being able to message him.
Basically, I posted a couple times in a recruitment thread in the pbp forum but didn't make a character. After closing recruitment, the DM started a new thread to recruit a DM for those who didn't make the cut.
A new DM picked up the second recruitment and sent me a pm while I was away for Thanksgiving and not visiting the boards. So, I got it aftyer returning and decided to respond with a thank you but I was moving on type of response.
Anyway, this is where it gets kind of fuzzy in my memory. I meant to hit the link to the recruitment tread but I THINK I hit a link just to the left of the delete message link and that it blocked him. Anyway, he is now listed as blocked after his profile name in the "from" section of the message. If I go to his profile page there is no "Send Private Message" option.
Any ideas?

Wow, today went by fast. Scheduled some more medical stuff. *Sigh*
We had a big low pressure system go through, and now the temperature is absolutely plummeting. I opened the door to let the cats out this morning, and they all looked at me like I'd gone around the bend.
The turkey stock is simmering, with some bay leaves and lots more pepper thrown in for good measure. Now I have to get Crazy to decide whether it's going to be cream of turkey and wild rice soup or lentil stew.

I woke up with head hurting a bit.
I blame strong winds.
Yep, they ripped off my front gate & my bed isn't more than 3 foot from a grate - so I had it howling in my ears all night & still woke up 10minutes late (for the 3rd day running).
And of course I'm running a game tonight, it's going well but I need to figure out how to make it epic rather than just an interesting meander.

Going to guess it's the same weather that's blew me straight into the fence of the bridge over the local motorway this morning.
Apparently it may turn into a bit of a blizzard further north.
