Now I need to thing about what cocktails to make tonight. Hmmm cosmopolitians and...? (and to get the hideously expensive spirits for them)
Get some thick strawberry or raspberry syrup and vodka. Pour strawberry syrup up to half of the shot glass. Then slowly pour chilled vodka over a spoon on the syrup trying not to disturb it.

That does sound lovely & vodka is the one thing I have in abundance. Now to try and thing of a greater volume drink, like a woo-woo.
Meanwhile, it's Week 2 of "Call a staff meeting at work before the normal time Orthos shows up and clocks in". This time 8 to my start at 8.30 instead of last week's 8.15. *grumble*
Not a good way to wake up. And still sick. Anniversary date may not happen tonight after all. :(
... and I get here and the meeting's cancelled. So 45 min of overtime at least.
