It does not have a cap, but at some point, it will become 95% immune to weapon damage (a 20 will always hit).

I had considered it, but I decided that the Spell Resistance was a function of its origin world rather than its adaptability.

A magic zloty, on the other hand...

Yeah, me too. :P

But I must commend that they were fast and professional in their recruitment process. No needles waiting, fast decisions. None of that "we'll perhaps call you, maybe sometime" and I know what I am standing on.

Brilliant.

Yay zloty! It is appropriately silly.

I have rectified that terrible error!

Well...see...if it's enough for you to consider siccing it on the tarrasque, I did my job.

I like the way you think, lady.

What's up?

With the exception of a bizarrely-0% chance Friday next week, it's predicted 50% (+/- 5) rain chance from today all the way through a week from Monday for here. Temperatures are supposed to drop back into the low-70s.

Mostly irritating because I'm going to be back to the "well I need a jacket in the morning and will probably be on/off with it all day in the office, but will definitely not need it in the afternoon" conundrum. Not so much a problem, just kinda irritating.

Ah the joys of international shipping. Those minis I ordered 16 days ago still haven't arrived, and it's not even halfway to the point when they're officially late.

Good thing they're just meant to stand on parade for the time being.

Tell that to the wonderfully hot and humid part of the country I'll soon be living in. HAH!

A noble endeavor, my good doctor. You are one of the good ones. I promise, in the zombiepocalypse, we'll eat you last.

Best way I could think of to get a wookie like PF character - yeti ranger with a high intelligence and ranks in knowledge (engineering).

Chipotle, the official burrito of Deep FaWtL 6.

I had a Chipotle in the same lot/stripmall where my office was at the job I had in 2006-2009. I miss it.

There was a Qdoba right by work here too, until last year when it closed (and apparently so did the downtown one, meaning they're not in Chattanooga at all anymore). Which was unfortunate, I went there pretty regularly and always liked it. (I still have my "buy ten meals, get one free" card in my wallet.)

The nearest of either now is in Knoxville or Georgia. Not really an option 99% of the time. =/

Saying goodbye to one of our interns today, we decided on lunch at this pizza place. The guy who did the planning got it screwed up somehow. He ordered two pepperoni followed by two cheese pizzas, instead of mix and matching one of each. So I only got through two slices of pepperoni and then it was all gone. And since cheese pizza makes no sense I refuse to allow it anywhere near my mouth.

So now I'm still hungry.

So I told him he's not allowed to plan my fairwell lunch.

Awww, cheese pizza! *watering mouth*

Concurring on Scint's behalf since she's not able to forum right now and do so herself.

Me, I'm with the Zombie. Pile on the meat.

Wait, you are saying like if those two were mutually exclusive.

Actually the best combination is one cheese pizza (four cheese, yummy) and one very meaty pizza and one combining meat, onions, mushrooms, olives and some other things. Preferably each with extra cheese.

And now I am peckish...

I almost never finish one pizza, much less multiple.

My preferred pizza is whatever the restaurant offers for their all-the-meat-all-of-it pizza, plus black olives and mushrooms. Not a fan of onions (only thing that gives me heartburn even if I take meds, for some reason, on top of disliking the taste).

Poor non nyers. Can't enjoy the simple beauty of a large cheese pie. :)

Oh don't even get me started on New York style pizza. Can't stand thin crust. Give me a pizza with some substance.

(The best kind is the kind that has the thick outer crust, so it's nice and tall and deep, but the actual crust of the pie itself is relatively thin. That way all the thickness is actual toppings and not dough. But lacking that, I'd rather have the thick crust and extra dough than not. Thin-crust pizza that's just all thin New York style is just meh.)

We don't even call pizza with a non-thin crust pizza in this part of the world. :p

Which is why I am glad I live here =P

Unfortunately good thick pizza is really hard to find. Thin pizza seems to be more popular - probably because it's cheaper to make/sell.

DANGIT. I want pizza now.
