As has already been predicted, I call dibs on being the ship. It's about time York got looted again!

Naked looting of Old York?

Now that's what I call going a-viking!

*hefts axe* OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODEN!

The Captain of course. Otherwise I'd be the crew member that instigated the mutiny that made me captain.
You know that with Kajehase as our vessel you will be mostly a figurehead who talks to suppliers and customers?

Suppliers and customers... well, okay, guess we can call them that.

LOOK OUT!

I'd be hanging over the railing puking as I get seasick in a rowboat. :/

I guess that's one form of weaponry....(eeeeew)

Makes me wish I had a job so I could have the long weekend. For me, every day is like Saturday.

*stretches and yawns*

What are those different days of week everyone else is speaking about?
I dunno. Time passes when people come online and go offline and the ball of fire in the sky comes and goes.

I usually leave a basket of fruit as an offering. I think that's why it comes back.

I always just keep the view in third person, and only switch to first person when I'm using ranged attacks or need to pick something up. I usually have wicked bad motion sickness from games, and that seems to get rid of most of it.
I thought I was the only one who got a bit dizzy during games..
I get vertigo when my character is falling a long distance in game. I had a rogue in WOW with that ability to fall long distances without dying...but I couldn't use it because I'd get so dizzy.

I almost threw up all over the place during the first Lord of the Rings movie. Still get nauseated during falls in movies sometimes.

No, Solnes will be the figurehead as soon as we get her shirt off and have her ride the prow like a drunken coed at a rodeo.

I...I love you cap'n....

Definitely, although in our game he's the Magister. Selune is the goddess of magic, and so the Seven Sisters are her daughters. Ed Gree.... I mean Elminster doesn't exist.

No really...I love you.

Okay. But I'm not rubbing you for luck, you'll have to settle for a pat on the head.

I've not checked this out, but seems someone's made a Neverwinter Nights version of Eye of the Beholder.

Who cares? We wanted to see what the payload could do, what difference does it make what we blow up?

Am I allowed on the crew? If so, I would like to be the lazy crewman who always manages to not do any work yet still gets his full share of loot.

Last night was tons of awesome. It's been 6 or 7 years since I last DMed in a format other than NWN, so I was a bit rusty. Random encounter nearly killed a party member (note to self--try harder next time).

The fey insanity was nearly trumped by the party insanity.

Shiny, I'd appreciate your POV on general character concept for Tordek's game. It's here.

Seems very solid, mechanically. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of the associated in-game flavor, and I'm not sure how it would fit into the game world as TR has it. Meh. It doesn't really matter.

Also, it seems kind of odd that after the party got massacred, everyone wants to play a spellcaster of some sort...

For this adventure, I see it as a hired spy/assassin. Not so much the prostitute side. Bluh.

Speaking of falling-- one of my petty gripes about Skyrim is that, unlike other games in the series, where falling caused X damage for X distance fallen, has a threshold where if you fall X feet, you insta-die. The Dragonborn, uniter of Skyrim, able to take on a dragon singlehandedly, is taken down by a fifteen-foot drop. One more issue from the broken physics engine that also brought you:

- Horses climbing up 70* slopes
- Dead bodies jiggling across the floor in circles
- People getting stuck inside doors
- Dragons freezing in midair, then spinning in circles
- Slain enemies sliding down >20* slopes at incredible speed
- Powerful blows causing you to be thrown hundreds of feet into the air
And so on.

The class is fine. What I'm not a fan of is the flavor for the Vishankya race. All of these new splatbooks coming out (ARG in particular) are causing what happened to the Realms to happen to Golarion. Lots of weird crap that doesn't fit the setting well getting jammed into every dark corner.

I think much of this has been patched, though I did get stuck in a door for quite awhile this week. And my horse has stood on its head sliding down some slopes. I do miss the elk raining from the sky once the giants have golfed them. *sigh*

I hear you. If being venomous hadn't been a long-time dream of mine, I would never use this race.

Eh. I just happen to be playing a character class I haven't played before.

I don't think I'm a spellcaster. Unless I missed something.

I probably would have used them in my homebrew if I didn't already have Yuan-Ti. They're too similar to really justify having both.

That's basically what the Purebloods are. +5 bonus to Disguise to imitate Humans and all.
