Went to Outback for dinner last night. Now they offer their food cooked over a wood fire. Imparts an interesting flavor.
Also stopped at a Barnes and Noble to pick up the Song of Ice and Fire books.
I'm hoping I'll get a chance to read them sooner or later.
Have I mentioned how much I love being a father?
My boy Charlie is just so.....awesome!
Of course, he's also been a little cranky the last two days. He got his 2 month shots on Wednesday.
And yes, he's over two months old now!
By the way Puffin, I'm still laughing over that Urban Dictionary entry you submitted.
PMG, sorry about this one-man, miniblitz. I don't know what has come over me.
Ah, who the f*@% am I kidding. I'm not really sorry.
It was a little chilly this morning - somewhere in the upper 30s.
Yeah, sure! Bored sounds good.
Either that, or just desperately trying to avoid actually doing work.
Or I'm being forced to continue posting against my will by some lunatic who claims to be from the future and is trying to ensure that the timeline he comes from never exists.
~laughter~ Get back to work, you vile undead spawn! ~winks~
Sharoth wrote: ~laughter~ Get back to work, you vile undead spawn! ~winks~ Well, see, that's where your wrong. I'd have to have started some work in order to go back to it....
But, sadly, you do have a point. There are many important, engineery things I need to get done today. So I better hop to it.
Or, I could go get a candy bar.
Mini-blitz over.
End of line!
*stumbles in*
Morning......coffee....

G'damn zombie! Yeesh!
Morning everyone!
I just started the Song of Ice and Fire books myself. Pretty cool, but I'm having a hard time finding the time to read them.
~tries to keep my eyes open~ So... tired...
me too sharoth.
... also, I'm discovering that I have a horrible addiction to flip mats. I want them... I want them ALLLLLLLLL.....I just need to figure out a half-decent way to store the blasted things.

You know those boxes for storing magazines? Not like a file box, the ones that make them sit nicely on a bookshelf? Yeah, those are great for storing flip mats. We have...way too many flipmats. And have them all stored in two of those boxes. Very efficient way to keep things oraganized. :)
Morning, all. What did I miss?

Also, it's Urban Dictionary so NSFW. Damnit, Puffin Man! Now I need a non-soda soaked monitor! That's great! *excited golf clap*

My fiance is getting ready to gut me over not having a place for them, and her wrath is terrible to behold (really, she's the most grounded, level headed woman I know, I just like to pick at her). I'll be sure to try that out, thanks!

You should have hit the snooze button. I already quit the job, lit your cat on fire, and deleted all your programing files.

Well, Peter decided to reconsider his proposal of marraige to his young girlfriend, after meeting her stern and somewhat overbearing Aunt Grizelda. Meanwhile, Mickey was waiting at the train station for his girlfriend, and hoping she'd make it before he had to board that last train and get to Clarksville. And, across town, Dave and Mike were surprised to discover that some fans had painted....No, wait! That's my soap opera!
