At the moment I'm running an adventure book called 'The Drow War' by Mongoose Publishing. It's a level 1-30 campaign with three books. Each covering 10 levels. Currently we're at the start of book 2.
It's a great story with epic battles. Only problem is that the enemies are some of the most sorry excuses for encounters ever. In fact the BBEG of book one only had 39 HP and was a horrible mix of fighter and cleric.
For most encounters if I don't see fit to completely rebuild the enemies I just throw down the advanced monster template on them. It's made things easier but I wanna know if there is an easier way for conversion.
Any ideas??

Nitpick: It's Hero Lab, not Herolabs. But it's cool.

If you don't wanna spend 30 bucks on Hero Lab (though you may want to), PC Gen is also a good (free) character generator and also has GM tools to track initiative, etc. Its UI isn't wonderful but it's free, and once you get past the "button shock" it's pretty easy to use, IMO.
Otherwise the suggestion of quickly adding +2 to everything is a good idea. The usual quick monster conversion suggestion is give everything Power Attack and Improved Initiative if they don't have those. Rebuilding can be useful however to re-do skills because of consolidation.
