The combination of spells needed to created appear on no one class list, which makes it quite hard to create does it not? Every spell but Hypnotic Pattern is on the Witch's list, it would be quite cool if Witches could create them. What to do?
Add +5 to the craft DC for not having all of the components. Seriously, not having a component just increases the DC by 5, so making one would require a DC 17 check for your witch. 6 ranks (it requires CL 6 after all) in a class skill with a +1 Wis mod, means your witch can succeed on the craft checks on a 7. Or just take 10 and succeed anyway.
