My wife is playing a witch/druid.
She's always going through animal companions (largely because of the split levels) and stymied because she doesn't have animal growth as a spell yet, she did this instead:
Took the familiar growth hex, improved familiar feat and took the parties Psuedo dragon traveling buddy as a familiar.
Now she grows the pseudodragon to wolf size to attack things! Pretty Sweet! pretty nasty!
too bad there isnt a feat that lets some kind of levels here synergize, so she can get more out of it.
Now she's thinking she should have been a straight witch!
