This one had slowed down so much that the sudden posting burst caught us off guard will have to get back into the habit of posting again.

Of last week's interviews, I am waiting to hear from two of them. The other, well, four out of the six short-listed individuals turned up and we jumped through their hoops - interviews with head of department and pastoral supervisor, 'micro-teach' with a class of real students, etc. - then they came in and said that they were not going to make an appointment... and this was for a maternity-leave cover scheduled to be four months!
One of the others was an interesting post, teaching computing in a secure mental hospital. I'd quite like that, although dearly beloved is twitchy about a place run on prison lines, with teachers having to carry a personal alarm and take 'control and restrait' training! But they were lovely people, staff and patients alike.
And I've cracked out 3 more applications since then :)
It might be a bit hard at this point to replace anyone, should it come to that - you're in the middle of a desert! But I suppose a replacement could take on one of the Lady Alma's people - there's a bunch of mercenaries and guards, plus a cleric after all.

Geez Megan, some interesting job choices!
Yeah I wouldn't be too keen on my other half working in a place where she had to worry about all that, but then she merrily accepts me working in worse :p
Anyhow it looks like we are running with four players for a while, I reckon we'd generally be ok - a little tough at L1, but would be ok once we hit L2, though that will be a ways off I imagine.
I suppose our options would be:
*Try find another player keen on being a Cleric/Druid.
*Level to 2nd, to give four players better survivability and just tweak the encounters up a notch to keep parity (And I'll have heals)
*Sail on as we are and try not to get beaten up - but no heals will make life tricky of we are combat prone.
Whatcha reckon GM?

I had been minded to level you up once you have finished the 'pugwampi hunt' you are currently engaged in.
I can have Father Nastoran (the cleric of Nethys that's in Almah's party) join you as an NPC healing machine if you want to ask him to come along.

Oh ok :)
I THINK* we should probably be ok with another level of meat on us, and I should have a level of Oracle up which I think might give some healpower... so we should be ok

Yep Lofnaiali is an oracle of life, so we also have some healing from her. She doesn't have as many chances to post as I do, one of the perks of my BB having internet is I can check all day.

She might care to glance at Advanced Feats: Visions of the Oracle, then. I will accept use of feats and ideas from it in this game, there's some quite good stuff there.

Auri has been 'statted up', but how are we doing L2+ Hp? 75% or roll or...? :p
As a curse, it will be Tongues, as I take it that his strange lectures with the celestial firebeing is what he is calling on... I'm leaning toward him speaking Ignan, but could also be Celestial (given its Angelic nature and discourse... any opinion Megan?)
I will do up his 'transformative' storyline tomorrow :p
Roll 'in case'1d8 ⇒ 8

What would be better knockback or knockdown? Currently going with knockdown because I like the idea of Tahl droppinglow and hooking their leg with either his leg or the curve of one of his blades. Though knockback is fun too especially if we are on a raised surface and sending them off the platform.

HP: 28
Rage 8 round or 9 rounds against gnolls
bab +2
Fort + 5
Uncanny dodge
Knockdown
2 ranks in intimidate bringing it to +3 rather than -2
1 in perception total +7
1 in survival total +5
Will add these changes to Tahl's page soon.

Just wanted to stick my head in here and get an opinion on something, since it seems like a fellow Paizonian has been working on converting Savage species into PF format in ~This Thread~, and I've been keeping an eye on the little Pseudogragon ('cause it's an awesome idea), so they've come up with ~This~.
