I have yet to receive Pathfinder 38 in the mail. I called customer service a while ago and was told that an email confirming delivery delay would be sent. I didn't get that either. What's up?

Your Pathfinder #38 shipped out to you on 9/24. You should have received your email (and PDF access) on 9/21. The book was shipped to you via the standard postal rate which has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days.
Today is the 8th business day since it shipped out, so while it probably should have shown up by now, it is still a little too early to really start worrying about it overmuch. Most likely your package has just been delayed, and it should be showing up anytime now.
If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will take another look at it at that time.
