I'm currently working on building a Half-elf Ranger / Rogue PC for an upcoming Kingmaker campaign (see my profile for an overview) and I've got his "life path" plotted out for at least up to 5th level and would like some input from the community on where to go from there.
Abilities:
Str: 15; Dex: 17; Con: 13; Int: 12; Wis: 13; Cha: 8
Here's what I've got so far:
1) Ranger 1
2) Ranger 2 (Archery combat style)
3) Rogue 1 (TWF)
4) Rogue 2 (Finesse Rogue)
5) Ranger 3 (EWP: Dueling sword, Aldori)
But from here I'm stumpped.
I plan on going on to at least Ranger 11 / Rogue 9

I can not disagree with you too much on your PC, I really do not see the switch from ranged (archery style) to TWF (rogue style) working out that well......
I might take a single level dip into rogue at level 2, but just go straight ranger from that point......
In other words something does not compute to me in this build

I agree. For a Ranger/Scout, it's better to focus on the TWF tree to maxmize SA damage when you get to flank.
I'd go:
1) Ranger 1 (Imp Initiative): At this point, you bow at Range, and draw a sword/axe/whatever when close.
2) Ranger 2 (TWF Style): Get some MW Short swords.
3) Rogue 1 (Weapon Focus: Shortsword:)Dual short sword weilding death.
The rest of the build is up to you, but I might put stock into Stealth and Dirty tricks.
Alternatively, you can Go Rogue at 1st level if you want to be more of a skill monkey and have less HP at the start.
I know this might drastically alter your build, I'm just throwing it out there, as it's the only time I've ever seen TWF come close to the optimization of Two handed weapon or Sword and Board.
