As I've been very bored lately, I've worked out which APG Archetyypes will mesh with each other on the classes. The details are spoilered as some of the classes have a LOT of synergistic archetypes

These assume that the Divine Defender's Armour Divine Bond is an option rather than a requirement so it can merge with Shining Knight and Sacred Servant's compulsory Divine Bonds.

They also assume that the Sacred Servant and Hospitaler's changes to Smite Evil are as identical as they appear, and that these cahgnes also stack with the changes for the Undead Scourge's Smite Evil.

If I've missed any or any aren't valid, let me know.

Technically none are valid. You cannot mix class options within a class. So it's possible to be an acrobat or a burglar, but not bot since they're both rogue options. It is possible to be an acrobat/brutal pugilist though since one is rogue and the other barbarian.

By my reading MisterSlanky, Paul is correct.

From the APG:

A character can take more than one archetype and
garner additional alternate class features, but none of
the alternate class features can replace or alter the same
class feature from the core class as another alternate
class feature. For example, a paladin could not be both
a hospitaler and an undead scourge since they both
modify the smite evil class feature and both replace the
aura of justice class feature. A paladin could, however,
be both an undead scourge and a warrior of the holy
light, since none of their new class features replace the
same core class feature.

Liberty's Edge

It looks like they can be combined, but you cannot pick and choose what alternate features to use and what ones not to use. You much check EVERY alternate feature and make sure none of them overlap with the other.

Somebody else made a list a couple of weeks back, I'll see if I can find it then compare. I found it useful cause flipping back & forth in the pdf is difficult.

Edit: here it is http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/paizoPublishing/pathfinder/pathfinderR PG/rules/aPGWhatArchtypesStack

Edit #2: now how do I linkify this??

Linkified it. And darn. Thought I was being original

Here's the list I came up with (and a link to the thread in question).

EDIT: LOL, Ninja'd while I was typing. :)

Looks like I missed some. Oh, well, back to work on it.

I stand corrected. I must have been thinking about the class features not overlapping, or trying for something like Rogue 1/Burglar 1.

They are technically not valid because they are not presented as an option but the section begins with an invite to DMs to make their own archtypes.

I think one would be rude to assume but reasonable to suggest....

Scarab Sages

Just a Note:

I believe that Sacred Servant Paladins cannot mix with Warrior of the Holy Light Paladins because a key Sacred Servant ability modifies spellcasting, which Warriors of the Holy Light do not gain access to.

Nice! Thank you very much!

To add to this, here's a Google Docs Matrix outlining what abilities are swapped out.
