There, now that I've weeded out the posters who froth at the mouth when they read the word, we can have a calm rational discussion about it!
So you're having a discussion or taking votes?
If the word "broken" ain't broke don't fix it.
Maybe you're just not using it right.
My co-worker has a bumper sticker with a government moto - "If it ain't broke, fix it until it is."
Broken: You're doing it wrong.

No, it's working Just As Planned, because it keeps the wrong people out of rules discussion. You know, the roleplayers that ruin rollplayer discussions with their opinions that are wrong.

Hey, I don't judge you for your dietary choices!

Apologies if your head just exploded.
I would say that record is broken, but I'm worried you'd think I was being ironic.
ZAAAPPP!! STABBITTY STAB!!! BADABOOM!!!!
I miss the Good Ole Days™ when a DM would just tell his ungrateful players to sit the hell down and shut the F up.
Aberzombie wrote: My co-worker has a bumper sticker with a government moto - "If it ain't broke, fix it until it is." My wife has one that says "Can you fix my husband he says he is broke?"

Apologies if your head just exploded. But I like Gish, they taste great on whole wheat.

Then Hero 4th edition came out, and they removed that rule, because it was obviously broken. That is a misconception, they merely replaced it with a point buy system so that the GM must purchase the ability instead of it just being another attack option like a Haymaker.

I wish people would shut up about broken already. Have you even tried it? It works perfectly well in my group. I can only assume you are a complete moron and are doing it wrong. You seem to be the only person with a problem here. Why don't you go troll somewhere else with like minded fools.

Can't we just get along?
Broken is futile. So is resistance. All will be assimilated.
We are here because the term "Broken" has been used wrong.

Obviously your interpretation of "broken" being broken is broken so this thread is invalid.
Nothing to see here, move along.
