What is the range that a person can see in normal moonlight? I looked at table 7-10 and did not see it.
Moonlight functions as dim light. Actual distances you can see aren't really nailed down per se in the game; but in dim light you can make Stealth checks, and distance figures into Perception checks, so that implies a distance at which you can see things in moonlight.
The actual range someone can see in normal moonlight (or in bright sunlight, for that matter) isn't really all that necessary, I don't think, since whether or not you can see something is already covered by the Perception skill vs. Stealth checks.

Hey James I'm curious What is Merisiel's relationship to the other iconics. How does she get on with them.
She gets on pretty good with most of them, as long as they don't cramp her style or keep her from having fun. The more lawful they are, the less likely they are to get along. She doesn't outright HATE any of the iconics, but Harsk is her least favorite.

That's pretty much how it went. I've been a fan of demons ever since.

I live in northern Idaho and I just walked to the convenience store to get a drink in a tee shirt, shorts, and crocs. Am I crazy or have I finally developed Cold Resistance?
Should I go to the movie tomorrow at 4:30 or at 7?
Should I go to my FLGS and buy Lords of Chaos before or after I go to the movie?

So, if Paizo is shut on Monday, does that mean you get to spend the whole day posting on here, getting your post count up? :)
Actually, I don't post any more or any less to these boards on work days than I do on non-work days.
Well... that might not be true. I don't track my posting habits, and I am trying to draw a firmer line between work time and personal time lately. Not doing all that good a job of it though, seeing as how I'm posting this after midnight...

Frustration because taken out of context, it has enough Battletech jargon that an idle fan of the game like me is confused by it.

The original Land Air 'Mechs (the animesque transforming Fighter/BattleMechs), were redesigned with updated rules. The quote was taken from a scenario header featuring the designs.
The resultant gamer adoration/outrage and the screaming matches that followed were entirely predictable.

Nah.
If you can... get to one of those Battletech Simulators. (I think there are a couple still working in NYC) before they go extinct. There's a selectable level of complexity.. up to the point where you have as many working controls as a modern jet fighter. Had a great time at the FASA center during a week spent training in Chicago, but I doubt it survived the FASA meltdown.

Ok, new question. How do I stop Cars 2 from being made?
Should I build a time machine and send back a Terminator to kill Sarah Connor before she gives birth to the founder of Pixar, or should I send it back to kill Walt Disney?

You can't kill Walt if you did that RPGs as we know it will be changed forever

The updated rules for LAMs are in Record Sheets: 3085
The LAMs themselves have undergone severe redesigns to fit the new Battletech aesthetic.

Officially, we haven't had any of the iconics hooked up. We haven't even revealed their sexuality. For now, it's best to assume that they're all bisexual, I suppose.
James, does the quantity of impure thoughts generated by that last comment fulfil the quota of chaos required from you by your demon masters in record time this year?

Dear Brock,
'Quota' is a concept of the Hells, not of the Abyss. If you inspect the mechanics of just what one involves, this should be readily apparent to you.
We prefer a much more flexible and personal 'go forth and please me' approach in the Abyss, occasionally giving hints as to things which we'd appreciate seeing done.
Hoping that this post has been Helpful to you.
Yours,
Ask A Succubus.

Are you aware/concerned that there are players out there who get confused by the demon/devil/daemon schtick, and can never remember which side gets hell/the abyss.
I find it really confusing.
Really, really confusing.
To be honest, I long for the days of Taanari and whatnot, because using three real-world-myth names for the same thing to identify three different things is really confusing and difficult to remember.
Is this something you might consider changing in the future?

Given your dislike of dwarves, was editing Dwarves of Golarion harder than the other "of Golarion" books?
Until recently, my role in the production cycle of the Player's Companion has been at the start (helping to create the ideas for the books) and at the very end (approving the books for print); I don't take part in the editing or development of them at all. That's recently changed, but only as of VERY new products.
So I didn't do ANY development, design, or editing for "Dwarves of Golarion." That was handled 100% by other folks. Which made me happy.
That said... there are books and parts of books that I have to develop, edit, and at times even design of which I have little interest, personally. In those cases, though, I still do the best I can. It's as much a job as it is fun, after all. And sometimes, jobs are just work.

What is the coolest robot you have ever seen in any setting? Any type of robot is fine, from industrial spray painter to full on self aware sci fi robots.
What or whom is your favourite demon lord/lady?
Is there any Paizo product on the market you feel particularly proud of?
The hunter/killer robots in the Terminator movies are cool, but my favorite is probably Mechagodzilla.
My current favorite demon lord is Nocticula. That's how she got to be the cover girl for "Lords of Chaos."
"Burnt Offerings," the first Pathfinder adventure path volume, is one I'm very proud of. Because it kicked off our AP line, and because I wrote it, and because it won awards, and because despite the fact that it very nearly missed being at Gen Con but managed to be there because everyone really worked together to make it happen... and also because it's been adapted into a stage play. Which makes it unique among RPGs, I believe.

I don't have kids. I'm an uncle. My solution; visit them in short periods, then go away for months at a time. Doesn't work as well, I hear, if you're the dad instead of the uncle who lives 2 states away.
As for how many times you can watch Cars? Haven't seen it at all yet, but I would guess 2.5 times.

They have those Battletech pods at Gen Con every year. But before that, they had them here in Seattle at the flagship WotC store. I used them a couple of times; the first time I accidentally ejected by pushing a shiny red button down by my hip. They're pretty nifty though.

If you go back in time to stop movies from being made, you should ignore Cars 2 and think about stopping Baby Geniuses or Three Ninjas. Those have already come out and have done irreparable damage to the fundamental coolness of the universe.
