Ok,
I put some stuff up on Pathfinder DB here.
Note that this is mostly stuff I was working on for my campaign based off the final playtest. I modified it for the APG final. For the most part, rather than revert to the original Playtest version, I tried to work within the Final/APG version of the Summoner. That means that some thing that were in the original ended up as alternate builds or feats.
I also added a new base form that should allow easier building of avian or bipedal dinosaurs like t-rexes, which were not buildable under APG rules (something I pointed out in the playtest but it never got addressed).
These are all modifications that need playtesting obviously, I didn't get to do as much as I'd like, and none on the changes for the APG version.
I would love feedback if you think something is broken, or isn't good enough for the cost (as in a feat for example, or an alternate build for what you lose for it).
If your feedback is 'Why don't you just play the summoner as is moron' then please don't post, I don't really want to have a flame war. Thanks.
If I don't respond here, you can use my e-mail link on that url to send me an e-mail. I check here more than that e-mail honestly, but it is also a place to contact me.

Both are quite buildable. You just can't have everything you want at first level. You build both as a bipedal form an add the features you need as evolutions.

For the polysummoner alternate class feature, I would suggest some additional fluff explaining that the shared pool of hp only affects the eidolons when summoned (and could be better explained as representing the ability for the summoner and eidolon to maintain their shell/body on the plane of the summoner), and not the health of the outsider, of which the eidolon is only an aspect/reflection/etc.
Otherwise, I like what you've done here and would be interested in seeing how they stand up to playtesting/number crunching.

Actually, you cannot build a bird Eidolon. There's no way to get a creature with two legs and two wings without having either two arms, four legs, or a tail slap. No birds have arms, no birds have four legs, and no birds have tails that could be used for a tail slap attack.
Anyway, I took a look at 'em, MDT. I think if anything you were a bit too conservative on most of the archetypes and feats, but they're definitely playable.

Actually, no they aren't.
You have extra evolutions that aren't needed (Arms for the bird) for example, and possibly on the reptile. Additionally, you can't ride it if you build it off a biped, because you can't put Mount on a biped.
EDIT: Ninja'd by Zurai! Zounds! :)

Thanks Zurai,
I did try to err on the conservative side. I figured it's easier to 'loosen up' than tighten down. :) Especially after all the grief I've given James on the original. :)

I like that! Yes, this is exactly what I was wanting, feedback. :) And good feedback too. Thanks. I'll work on the fluff. I love it when fluff and balance mechanics can work side by side. :)

For Soul Bond, you may want to include some text describing what happens in the case of someone who died of old age.
Oooh, excellent thought. I think... if you die of old age, your soul returns permanently to your eidelon's home plane. The ultimate retirement of lifelong friends. I love that as fluff.
