Good night, the SB thread has really gone to town with no end in sight. Once upon a time, one team's fans were made because they're team lost. Now the shoe is on the other foot and LISTEN to the other team's fans WAIL! (Yes, I drink their tears...sweet ambrosia.)

Oh no, Mairkurion, not you too.

Clearly you didn't read up thread. I did that on purpose so I wouldn't be sorted into "Jerks." ::cough, cough::

I never made the connection that epitome was pronounced ee-pit-oh-mee. I said eh-pih-toam.

Oof. :(

What was the Harry Potter one? That one comes to mind, but I don't know what was being mispronounced. :\

The name Hermione?

Yes, that! I remember my little sister having a fight with some kid about that. :\

DAMMIT! Nothing will let me post in the Twisted Fawtly Tales Discussion Thread! :@

In a cool happenstance. I opened up an old pack of Giants of Legend today. Found a Mordenkainen mini. O the greyhawk nostalgia. I'm so happy I got it.

Awesome, Jeremy!

In a screwed up mini count how the heck do I have 8 frost giants, 7 fire giants, and only 5 hill giants? There were 3 hill giants made and one was an uncommon grrr.

Evil Snow White image number three is frakking awesome! I want that one on a poster. :)

well...except for the part where it would totally freak out the kidlet....

I agree that it's a cool mini....but I think we sold ours. Well, we sold most of ours. We only break out the minis like once a year anyways.

Anyways, glad you are happy about your Mordenkainen, Jeremy. :)

But not the letter P, so that's something, right?

It sucks having a stopped up toilet in a house with only one bathroom. Luckily, I seem to have fixed it. Thank the gods I had them put in that line clean out when they re-did my kitchen.

Not so far, but it's still 2 hours to midnight, so you never know....

Papazombie! All right, more of the old gang is coming out now that it is dark.

Yay, I get to sleep in tomorrow! :)
Dan is very kindly taking the kidlet to school in the morning. And maybe the extra sleep will let me finally kick this stupid virus that has been making my life miserable for the past few days. I am so sick of being sick.

Now your talking my language, or at least part of it. Mmmmm....beer.

Yeah, it does suck. I used to keep a toilet snake in the bathroom next to the toilet when we lived in the house owned by the slumlord who never fixed anything. Unstopping clogged toilets was the one plumbing task I actually learned how to do right. :)

(something about desperation being the mother of invention)

I don't get to sleep in, and not because of babyzombie! My inlaws are flying out on a 6:30 am flight, so they want to be at the airport by 5 am. Makes sense I suppose - then they've got 50 minutes to get through security (which can be bad in Philly) and maybe find some coffee or something.

Sweet! Wife just informed me that the spawnlet just latched on and fed for like 12 minutes! That makes her happy, thus it makes my life easier!

The good part of this scenario is that they're leaving. ;)

Very good!

As for the in-laws, if you're driving them, I bet they won't miss their flight!

W00T! Between the two, the kid fed for 21 minutes! I can see much fewer bottle cleanings in my future.

And, with that folks, I'm out of here for the night. Getting up early and I've got a long day ahead. Gonna take advantage of some potentially nice weather to do a few outside repairs.

One last thought - I'm thinking I can't be the only one psyched about the Free RPG Day module that Paizo is coming out with this year. We Be Goblins! Awesome!!!

Actually, there's a slight difference b/n the two vowels undetectable to yankee ears. /ta'r/ vs /ta:r/

I always felt like I never had an accent. Growing up in a suburb of Chicago and all. While I was working here in Colorado, a woman said to me that I had a strange accent. She said that she couldn't quite place it but would guess that I was from the Chicago land area.

Still not sure how she knew that.
