Since we started regulating things such as "warning this cup of coffee is hot," the gene pool has not gone through our natural cleansing process. It is not your job to fix all of it, just your personal slice of hell.

Ah yes but we have recently set up a FAWTL group and placed, oh I think about everyone here that we know of in said group allowing, easier emailing, mass chat and another posting forum. I think I speak for all when I say that we would all like our FB luddite friends at least on their for that contact. It is a non b*!~&ing forum as well.

Maybe because Paizo is taking their business?
The only thing I've really bought from wizards lately has been a crapload of miniatures. They were at one point planning on combing the D&D minis line and heroscape but I guess that fell through. Now they said they'll wait for the sales reports on the LOM set before they'll say for sure if they'll continue the line. The only thing they have promised miniatures wise is 1 Icon gargantuan mini in 2011. And by all reports thats all but been confirmed what it is.

Damn wish I had disposable income to get some. I was thinking the line would be around for sometime. Oh well.

The heroscape stuff will still be sold til out of stock. But as for D&D minis thats still up in the air LOM apparently has sold quite well. We just need to see if wizards will think it's still worth the investment. Apparently most gamers find the minis to expensive. And if the reports are true about the next Icon mini I am really excited.

True, but the FB group seems organized compared to the mass chaos of this thread. Hence, why I propose keeping both going strong.

@Mac: Man, that sucks! Glad you're getting better!

The mass chaos is kinda what makes the thread so entertaining. =D

Hope you have a safe recovery Mac.

On a different note, almonds in chocolate is the best breakfast ever.

Morning all. What did I miss?

Liberty's Edge Contributor

Morning, FAWTLies.

I'll be getting underway again, today, and will be away from home for a little more than two weeks, this time. Thankfully, once this one is over, I'll only have one more multi-week underway before we're in for several weeks, after which I will I detach from this command and move on to my next job.

However, now that I'm going to be underway, I'll be unable to reach FB, so I won't be able to participate in the group, there. I'll still be checking the boards, although I'll be very busy during this underway, so my contact will be even more sporadic than usual.

@Mac: I'm very sorry to hear about your health scare. I hope you recover quickly.

To everyone else, be well/stay well.

Cheers!
Paris

Dang, Mac. Glad you're still with us. Healing intentions, sent.

I don't get why combining the two lines wouldn't work.

Castle of Ravenloft, btw, is a fun game. If only they wrote instructions worth a patoot...

Yep wasn't Mark working for Paizo supposed to improve art posts! I blame it on Mark's visitor and Sarah being out of the country. And James just because.:)

Funny, I was thinking the exact opposite. True this thread is a jumbled mess, but it follows a general stream of consciousness. With the FB group, I have to figure out who has replied to what posts since I was last there.

Anyway, I do agree that both are handy.

This has become a common topic of conversation lately. 'Haves' and 'have nots' work for brain cells as well as money. And the two are not necessarily related.

And..uh..yeah, we need another clone Treppa. Get that one too. My stuff needs proofreading, and the one clone Treppa we have is complaining of being overworked.

Damn, my cousin Bren's going to be pissed--he's a hardcore Heroscape fan. I used to play a little too. Seemed like a fun game, easy to pick up and play, and I'm sad to see it go. Yet another boneheaded move by Hasbro. Re-using D&D minis? What the f%%#?
