Well, I pronounce it May-gus (sg), May-jai (pl), which I think best follows English pronunciation rules. I dunno. I think they were desperate and maybe just insensitive to the term's history.

I'm waiting for some live play test information to be posted.
I do like the fact that Paizo publicly play tests its products and I want to actively support that effort. My problem is putting together a group to play test with. All my sons are away at college and the first chance I have to get with my Runelords group is after the initial play test is over.
