Sorry some delays. But almost done, just need some Stats and Equipment.
4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 3, 5) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 2, 1) = 8
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 3, 4) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3, 3) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 6, 1) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 4) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1, 4) = 16
So I end up with 11, 13, 13, 13, 15, 16
Not brilliant, but not terrible either.

OK basically ready to go except for Equipment.
I do have 2 questions in regards to Equipment though:
In your initial Post you said 16,00gp. 5,00 for weapons, 5,000 for Armour and 6,000 for Others. What happens if we don't need 5,000 for weapons or Armour? Can we use the rest for Other?
Also, in regards to Armour, Nix asked earlier about Bracers of Armour/Amulet of Natural Armour/Ring of Protection counting towards Armour or Other.
I'm interested to know these things, since my Character doesn't wear Armour and isn't really martial so doesn't need a fancy weapon, but could easily spend the gold on AC enhancers and miscellaneous items.
Also, Do you mind if I use Equipment from other Pathfinder/Golarion Sources such as Adventurer's Armoury and Seekers of Secrets?

I assume armors for us mage types would allow any ac bonus items. For weapons I bought my pearls of power, wands, and scrolls. Anything remaining I used for other or mundane equipment. I would recommend doing that, and if the DM has a problem with it I'm sure he will let us know. As for other sources I cannot say, but you could probably purchase from them for now and if the DM says otherwise you could go back and adjust.

Almost done with this character, but I think the Bracers of Armor don't stack with magical armor bonuses, so I switched it for an Amulet of Natural Armor. Which leaves about 2000 gp to do something with.
As for my background, I was thinking something along the lines of being raised by my Elf father in a primarily human neighborhood, after my Human mother left in early childhood. After setting out on my own, I got into some minor trouble with the law, before getting a mentor who taught me how to be more successful as a rogue. Finally, I started doing work adventuring, where I found a less structured society easier to work in.
