I'm really strapped for time right now and I need to create a very high level NPC. The guy is very old elf of subrace that looks something like 4 ed Eladrin. He should be somewhere around 30th level with 20 levels of sorcerer and 10 levels of something else. The guy is supposed to be ancient warrior prince, ruler of his nation - all 10000 of them, who just woke up from enchanted sleep in which he spent some 20k years, or so.
I don't need detailed NPC - just rough draft. Which bloodline to take? How to distribute those 30 levels? That kind of thing. I'm so tired from work that my brain just refuses to work.
Thanks in advance...

Is the party going to fight him? If not, I wouldn't stat him up at all. He can do whatever the plot needs him to do. If you do something that breaks D&D rules (a spell that doesn't exist, for example), stat THAT up later, and write down that he has it.

How about a Celestial Bloodline Sorcerer 20/ Arcane Archer 10? Gives you an interesting "god touched" elf who is also a kick-@ss warrior/mystic? And at that level he'll have wings all the time if he wants them (although it would be kind of cool if instead of angel wings they were more insect wings- in fact it would be really cool if that was the framework for his nation and subrace- insects! Just like the Malazan Quorls and castes of Gold/ Blue/ etc.)

The setting has several high level antagonist NPCs, a la Nazguls and only one NPC of the same level on the side of good guys. I was thinking on creating two more "good" NPC's - but only as plot device. There will not be any fighting between PC's and those guys. I don't want to fully stat him - I just need sort of concept. He is supposed to be prince and warrior sorcerer.
