Contacted Paizo Customer Service but have received no response

Basically, I sent customer service an e-mail a couple of days ago about my pre-orders but have received no response. I'd normally allow a few more days before worrying/voicing a complaint, but the issue needs to be cleaned up soon.

The crux of the issue is that I have pre-orders ranging from May to December, but i'm moving out on July the 1st into a new house (i'm UK based) so i'd like pre-orders to go to my new address from June onwards to be safe (mail to the UK can take up to two weeks, so even if Paizo dispatches in late June it might end up at the old house).

How do I go about letting customer service know where to post to me if they don't respond to my e-mail?

A (not angry, just worried) loyal customer.

Alex

Edit: In an attempt to be helpful; order numbers.

A couple of days ago sounds like Saturday. I don't think they work weekends.

Unfortunately, I am out of the office today (out sick), so I can't look into your account directly.

However...

You should be able to go to the My Addresses page of your Paizo account and change the shipping address on the preorders.

Otherwise, I will make sure that your orders taken care of when I get back in tomorrow.

Thanks,
cos

Ok, thanks Cosmo. I'll wait until tomorrow as I have orders for May that i'd like to come here, am walking a bit of a fine line. If the orders I mentioned above could go to-

Address:

Alexander Kilcoyne
82 Sirdar Road
Swaythling
Southampton
England
SO17 3JS

And the other order I have that is coming in May could go to my current address-

Address 2:

Alexander Kilcoyne
160 Broadlands Road
Swaythling
Southampton
England
SO17 3AS

Many thanks :)

Placed an order back on August 5th for some back issues of Dragon magazine. The order is still pending, and I feel waiting twenty days for a yes or no response for a product listed in stock is down right ridiculous. I have friend's trying to lure me to order paizo products. However, regardless of how well written a product is, the service on this site needs to improve. Otherwise this will be my final order with paizo.

P.S. If the order cannot be placed by August 27th cancel it. I feel I have entertained this ordeal far longer then necessary.

Disappointed customer in the works.
