I lived in Michigan from 1994 - 2004 and greatly enjoyed listening to Ernie call tiger games on the radio. He could really make a game come alive.

He was the poor man's Harry Carey, he he. We are running out of great baseball announcers, which really sucks.

I am a Cleveland Indian fan but my all time favorite baseball announcer is Vin Scully. The long time voice of the Dodgers.

You can't get better than him, too bad he is retiring as well.
