Hi,
Don't mean to be a pest but this order is over 8-days beyond when it normally arrives, and 13 business days from when it shipped. Really don't want to keep waiting to see if it shows up. I'm confident it's lost somewhere. is there some way to get this order re-sent without spending another $50.00. Order number is 1360122

Your order has, indeed, been in transit for 13 business days now, so it is definitely running late at this point. However, it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Packages are very rarely lost completely, but delays are common. Your package is most likely just delayed at this point.
If you still have not seen your order by the end of next week, let me know and we will see about replacements at that time.

Just as an FYI, Customer Service works with alot of things on a daily basis so they probably aren't going to remember what they told you a week before. Generally if you respond to the earlier thread, they'll have all the information in one place (and know that there is extra info!) and be able to give a better response. Just advice from someone who doesn't even work with Paizo, so take it with a grain of salt :P

I did post a follow-up late last week, in my original thread, but wasn't sure if they read follow-up comments in threads, but I knew they read new posts. This is the first issue I've had with shipping, and I'm not angry or upset, I just want the products I have paid for...and don't want them to keep getting the "Wait till next week" comment.
We're generating characters for this game on Monday, and I would like to get it started, but at this pace I'll have volume 2 before I have volume 1. I just went out and printed up the pdf, so I can run the game, but this is something I don't normally have to do.
I'm not experienced with delayed shipments, so maybe I'm a little suspicious, but I can just see this situation dragging out forever. If they're not going to replace the shipped product, then just let me know, and I can then determine if I want to re-order.

To be fair, I don't know what you used for shipping, but from Cosmo's response, in your other thread, it wasn't even out of the normal shipping window last week when you opened the thread, it may have been an unusual amount of time from what you've experienced, but not outside the shipping groups estimated arrival time. At that point Cos said they would look at it again this week if it was still overdue. They looked at it this week, and replied that it is in fact overdue now, but that it isn't abnormal for things to run a week or so late.
Customer service definately has offered replacements in the past, but often they offer these replacements, and then before it ships, the user posts that the original has arrived, so as a rule of thumb, they wait a little longer than the projected shipping window, for these late shipments before offering this service, otherwise as a company they would be losing money.

Totally understood. Paizo's great about getting back to you if the shipment doesn't get there. As a side note, with your amount of subscriptions you may want to look into using UPS instead of USPS. The cost actually isn't that much more (a few dollars, maybe $5 at most), you get the security of a tracking number, and at least for me, getting there about a week earlier. Hope you get your shipment soon!

I was expecting these items in my current shipment, but it was not there. Never mind now I went to the gaming store and bought Kingmaker 1, and NPC guide. Really didn't care about the Map Pack anyway. Disappointing.
